The interesting aspect here is that if
Vore in the sense we fantasize were to be in the real world, many, if not all of us more than likely would end in a belly of someone we wouldn't want to be inside. I imagine I would have ended up in someone's belly, perhaps and teacher, a school bully's, or even a stranger's belly before I even hit puberty. To devour another life would be deemed in this world as the most offensive leading to execution, or a long prison term, either by the law or society. This version of
Vore would be treated as pedophilia, rape, murder, assault and battery, and the perpetrators (even witnesses) would be persecuted as such. Out society would be different -- I imagine in some cultures where swallowing another person alive, and whole would be a religious ceremony, while in others it would be frowned upon. Many people fear consequences, so I'd imagine that even by force or extreme sexual gratification (horny) that many people would strongly deter themselves from inflicting harm onto another.
The history of our species would be radically different -- we'd probably not speak English, or the Roman civilization may not have existed on the account the founders were swallowed alive, and whole by a few
talented members of the Gaul tribe. Art and music would be different than what is in this world. Where genres such as rap, hip-hop, and heavy-metal contain some bands and artists that sing violent lyrics -- perhaps, instead of mainstream gangster music speaking about shooting others, the songs would target to devour your enemies alive and whole. There would be paintings, sculptures, statues dedicated to people swallowing one another. Imagine the painting of Mona Lisa with a large, swollen belly with the imprint of a person's face, or, perhaps Mona Lisa wouldn't have been drawn on the account the painter was eaten by a rival painter; how slightly different history would be. You'd have children shows, and mass rallies in the streets of major cities targeted to protest devouring other people alive and whole -- the slogan, "Humans are friends, not food" comes to mind. How would people within civilizations' history had dealt with oppression? Would some of the Civil Rights group devoured racist, white males on the street only to swallowed by Klan members as the government watched?
Jack the Ripper would have been renamed, Jack the Swallower who instead of stabbed prostitutes, ate them alive and with little trace.
Well, let's see how politics would handle the case. Some cultures who see
vore as a positive (You could still have a large population of people with this kind of lifestyle) would target a clothing style geared to not tear when someone swallows another person. Perhaps, pills or medicine to speed the digestion process. However, other cultures against this, perhaps, weapons that could deal with vore predators. Perhaps, we'd have anonymous groups of the victims who were swallowed whole, partially digested, but survived. I can see it now, a scarred, pale, hairless (the scalp nearly burnt) woman sitting on a talk show in front of millions discussing her story of being eaten alive, only to be regurgitated, or cut from the stomach by a witness. This woman would sell her book to millions of other victims, and non-victims titled,
How I Survived the Belly of my Abusive Spouse. Perhaps, a debate would spark about self-defense where women swallow men whole and alive, but get away with it, because of the justice system. Men and women would argue, can men eat women, if women can eat men? Would black people be given longer sentences for swallowing another person, more so than a white person?
Or, a minor can not be eaten, but only someone with their own consent, or an adult can. In order for you to eat someone they have to be over the age or 18, or 21 years.
How about entertainment, and the media? Imagine you're home, watching on television of a mass murderer (mass swallower) has escaped from prison and is being tracked down by both the news, and the police. A site like this would be considered as morbidly insane, disgusting, and dangerous as today's rape fetish sites, child pornography pictures, and animal abuse videos. Many people may actually pay for illegal swallowing by prostitutes to swallow, or eat them alive only to be let out in a few minutes, or so. How would movies be produced? How would vampires, and other monsters be shown if in reality the real monsters are not imaginary? Vampires who not only suck your blood with fangs, but swallow you, and tentacles puncture your body and drain you like a raisin, while digesting you as well.
Oh, and what about religion? How could vore be apart of religious ceremonies as brought up earlier? You can still hold a massive population of people in a society, and control them with a religion to not devour others, even when their urge to do so is available. Perhaps, a caste system could be in order where those on top pick a chosen group of people to bring into the
new world beyond this world, when in reality they're being placed on a plate, and devoured by an elite family; however, the majority of the people are unaware -- for now. Perhaps, evolutionary, only a small population of people would acquire such a trait, and because of this the human population would be where it is now, but missing people would go undetected. With five billion to seven billion people, who would notice a few hundreds missing every century, or two, only to be replaced by newborns? Would those with the ability to swallow others alive, and whole, or perhaps even shrink and eat people want to be detected? If they're dumb, yes. Mainly, most people who could complete such a feat would lurk in the shadows (metaphorically)...why your boss, or an employee takes a few weeks off becomes a little suspicious.

Those who can swallow more than two, whole adults, or even children alive and at the same time. Perhaps, there's a disorder where the human throat doesn't open fast enough, and the body ends up entering into the lungs suffocating not only the predator, but the prey as well. Would there be a
World Guinness book that records the person who could swallow the most people and keep them down for so many minutes, or hours? Perhaps. Maybe some people would be able to digest people faster than others, or more effectively.
How about if there were sporting, or religious aspects of Vore in history? Imagine, instead of the Aztecs decapitating a lost team in a "soccer" game a group of powerful, top of the game, of men and/or women are left to devour/swallow the losers instead. Perhaps, the Spartans, instead of dropping "deformed" babies off a cliff were to devour them as a belief that their bodies would nourish them to produce more powerful children.
If we're talking about evolution, perhaps, our species would not be the only sapient to do this. Imagine our early ancestors as a way to defend themselves from saber-tooth cats, wolves, or other predators shot tentacles from their backs, constrict the threat, and devour them? Creepy, huh?
What about overtime, humans start to develop a toxin in the body when swallowed and in the process of being digested that causes the human predator to "upchuck" them immediately?
Oh, and for some political talk, perhaps one would be labeled a racist or a sexist if one only devoured Latinos, or more Indians than Asians. Perhaps many people would have a preference to devour light-skinned women than darker-skinned.
