How did you get into vore?

Pretty sure this has been done before but how did y'all get into vore?
I was very young watching cartoons, i think it was a combination of tom and jerry and that one ragedy ann and andy movie... anyways i remember one morning waking up to tom and jerry, it was the robin hood episode, the part where the little grey mouse was trying to get a key that got stuck into toms throat. tom woke up and started drinking and the little grey mouse was swallowed. it showed an internal view and i started feeling funny, embarrassed, so i turned it. from there on out anytime a vore-ish situation showed up or was discussed i just wanted to avoid it. it wasn't until a couple of years ago i found some vore stuff floating around on youtube. it was a video of riku and lulu from final fantasy. riku was swallowing lulu whole. i couldn't stop watching, i was getting turned on by that. shortly after i discovered this place and saw everything.
It is still embarrassing for me . I'm able to put on a good poker face now but i have never told any of my friends, my parents, my significant others, it doesn't matter how close they were or are. i just feel like if they knew they wouldn't be able to look at me the same anymore, i know my parents would still love me but they would still be weirded out by it. i don't know exactly how my friends would react, they aren't into anything strange so they couldn't relate. I've tried to discreetly get a few of them interested but to no avail. I think that I'm just going to keep this whole thing to myself but that's okay i can live with this. shoot i make it sound like I'm in the closet

I think the movie you're thinking of is "All Dogs Go To Heaven" (English title). There is a scene with an alligator trying to eat a dog in a cage made of bones...near vore.

For as long as I can remember i would get excited from watching cartoon characters getting eaten whole, whether done for humor or out of actual danger, however the odd thing for me was despite feeling these urges from the thought of being eaten i was still terrified of the thought of other people eating me whereas if it were something like a wolf or a dinosaur i loved it. Thats my story, basically. As kid, I always felt weird about vorish scenes on tv, or in books and games. I remember having dreams about dinosaurs, frogs and other similar animals swallowing me whole and such. I've seen lots of vore scenes in many different cartoon shows as slapstick humor. Though, when I was very young, I remember I would get a little embarrassed when watching the sort, perhaps because I would immediately imagine if something like that would happen to me. To have my dignity go out the window, humiliated, degraded, reduced from a sentient humanbeing with friends and family into nothing more but a tasty struggling piece of meat for a soon contempted, victorious predator.

It wasn't until I saw one particular film with a particular character. Tick-Tock the croc from Walt Disney's "Peter Pan" was practically the kicker for me. At age 12-13, I would just keep rewinding back to the scenes where Capton James Hook would cry out for Smee to rescue him from the persistent crocodile. Only to be swallowed whole numerous occasions, but sadly would struggle his way back out the throat and open the crocs jaws. The reason why I had came to be interested in this was because the vore details where so detailed compared to most cartoons and other media. Plus, Capton Hook looks a lot like me. Hispanic look, black hair, skinny, tasty, wait what? But serious, I could easily imagine myself as hook, and thus completely caught my interest of what it would be like to be eaten by that crocodile. Eventually, with the power of Google Search, I came to find out that the crocodile was originally a female in Peter Pan. And during this time, I was hormone-crazy for girls and pleasure. I'm very similar to you, only I have always had this "fascination" about my female classmates, I always wondered how to would be like to be "inside" and it was always centered around the stomach area. It even included the ass, I found it interesting and wondered how it would be like to be inside, and in my case the two were connected, one and the same, the ass was just the lower back part of the stomach.
I didn't know what it was, and then began to feel funny and embarrassed everytime I saw vore-like situations on TV but was also strangely attached to them, especially when it was a female pred. So imagine my Reaction when I watched Animaniacs and saw the epsiode where Rita swallowed Pinky!
