As for that Patrick episode, the animation quality has definitely gotten worse.

In Bravest Warriors Season 4 Episode 7 - Sit Down and Sip some Bouillabaisse, the ship ends up being changed into a real space orca, resulting in the warriors being trapped momentarily in different parts of its body. Rollo in its mouth is the outright vorish part, where the rest is endosoma basically.

It ends with them all being ... rebirthed by the space orca.

In a new We Bare Bears episode "Go Fish", the sailor gets swallowed by a giant fish, but somehow gets out (off camera) towards the end. There is also some decent maw shots, and some POV from the fish's mouth when Ice Bear attempts to grab the key back.

I know the animated movie "Deep" has a scene inside the eel's stomach after she's eaten three of the protagonists. One of them remarks on his desire to not be "shot out of her butt later."

Another one I remember off the top of my head is an episode of the HBO series "Animals" in which a mouse is dropped into the cage of a depressed female snake, and after she swallows him there are some fun internals and teasing about "turning you into poop." I think the clip is somewhere in the video section.
