The snake lies dead and that girl in its mouth, presumably unconscious. Scene does have some throat bulges.
Earlier in this movie snake chomps two rabbits (did not included, nothing special) and also have a few really nice mawshots, I cut all necessary, good thing all of it fit in 1 min clip, gfycat got a length limitation.
