This is great, thanks! Really aggressive, energetic feeding! Also, the young puffin may have regained consciousness in the gulls crop, it's difficult to see but I think the bulge kicked or moved a bit between 0:57 and 1:15. The audience seemed to react to it too!

I took a closer look and yes, it does appear to be moving around in there for sure.

Sorry to disappoint but that's either just the puffin lowering into the seagull's stomach or the wind brushing its feathers, depending on which part of the seagull's neck you're looking at. That puffin was not unconscious anyways, it had its neck snapped by the violent shaking of the seagull, or it was found dead.

A green heron swallows a big (for him) bullfrog tadpole, really looking like he is enjoying the feeding. Swallow is at 4:12.

Ya know, watching bird feeding makes me think that if one was actually eaten by a bird, they'd either die from whiplash or their neck breaking long before they reached even the throat with how those birds jerk their heads to assist in swallowing.
Just a wolf lookin' for some fun. I like all sorts. Just... don't eat me.

Vertical video, but still a pretty impressive capture from a phone. A GBH swallows a duckling alive while a number of adult ducks protest ineffectually.

A longish video, GBH swallows a fish alive at around the 2 minute mark.

A rodent (probably a vole) gets gulped by a GBH in this short video. Lots of interesting jaw motions.

A heron makes quick work of a very large live fish, with narration.

Another great set of clips from WildIrishSwan. We have seen most of this compilation before, but the new one of note is the clip starting at 1:43 - a heron swallows a good size duckling alive and kicking, making it look easy. :gulp:

Here's a great video of a GBH swallowing a very large fish. The heron waits for a pause in the struggling, and then hoists the fish up and swallows him alive - getting some energetic post-swallow struggles as the fish slides into his belly.

New content from Paul! This is a longish video, starting with a few classic seagull clips, and then moving into the new one, in which a good sized heron does a good job swallowing a large young duck. The swallow is at 14:30, and the duck seems to be unconscious - but at about 15:23, it's obvious that this one went down alive. 8O

A couple of amazing live feedings, herons vs. fish.

Nice high quality video of a GBH swallowing a fish alive. The swallow is at 1:26, with some nice wriggling in the throat at the 1:40 mark.
