I love scat bloating as a concept, especially post-vore. A lot of the pictures in my photomanip thread have captions that imply or say that the woman is bloated with scat.

The most memorable example I can remember is from mixmaster450000's visual story "Rachel's body".

On these two pages, a woman's tummy looks bloated because her large intestine is full of a digested man:
