So I just had a bit of a scare. I had a video called "curiosity and the cat" saved in my bookmarks. It's an anal vore animation. Me and one of my roommates went to take a shirt to a friend, came back and my other roommate found it. He just had to show the roommate that was with me when we got back too... thankfully, they both just laughed and I was able to play off that I had no idea wtf was going on. Gotta ask though, has anyone else had a similar freightening experience?

I remember several years ago when my parents' computer died, my father decided to borrow mine without letting me know. I get home that afternoon from my part-time job at the time and he says to me, "Nice stuff you got on here." I played it off similarly but said that it was shit me and my friends found by looking at weird stuff on the internet to kill time. I immediately took my computer back and thank God it was never brought up again.

I was talking to one of my coworkers, when we started talking about drawing. I started talking about how I'm decent at drawing, and I wanted to show an example, so I took my phone out and came to the first place I could think of. Here. I looked through my gallery and decided to just pull up Rei's ref sheet, since that isn't really vore. When I showed him the picture, he noticed that one of her abilities was "fast metabolism". When he pointed it out jokingly, my heart skipped a beat. I then remembered that the ref sheet is still vore-related, since Rei IS a pred character. He didn't really say anything more about it, and we went on with the conversation. Probably shouldn't have risked being exposed...

Never happened to me, thank goodness, but that's mostly because of inane amounts of caution. I do, however, have about 20 contingency plans in place, just in case of the worst case scenario. Even have an alibi to back me up - actually have a friend whom I'm in a competition with to see who can find the weirdest content on the internet, which conveniently works well in tangent with the weird content that I actually enjoy.

Well, a couple of months ago my internet went down, but I'd agreed to proofread a vore story, so I went to use the wifi at the University of York (probably not what we're really supposed to use it for, but oh well XD) so I could look up words and grammar rules that I wasn't sure about. A friend saw me and asked what I was doing, and ended up finding out. He already knew some of the stuff I was into (mlp) but didn't know I liked vore too. It doesn't really make any difference to anything that he knows I also like vore.

I'm usually rather cautious about this, but I didn't used to clear my temp internet files regularly. This all changed when my roommate, who specializes in computers, needed to retrieve something I'd downloaded for him, but accidentally deleted. As I was watching, he went to the temp files to retrieve it, and almost clicked on a rather kinky file that had been downloaded that I'd deleted after looking at, but never cleared the temp (at least he thought my panicking facial expression was just gas)... Since that close call, I clear out my temp files at least once a week.

Also, since another close call with him walking in, just as I closed my browser with Eka's open in it, and him wondering why I seemed to close it just as he was opening my door, and getting suspicious and always trying to catch me unawares. Subsequently, I've taken to always having another window open, something innocuous like a news site, that I can switch to and avoid suspicion.

I've also unintentionally bookmarked Eka's and similar sites by pushing the wrong button, and twice now my roommate has gone to open something I have bookmarked while I am watching, and thankfully not noticed the most recent bookmark I didn't know I'd created.

I really need to save up enough for my own place...

And that's not to mention the reoccurring nightmare I have of me accidentally downloading an explicit vore image as my wallpaper, and my mother coming over to visit and seeing it.

(Not that I think my roommate would be overly surprised, it's just he has enough material to mock me about, and I don't want to give him any more.)

i just wonder about how careless most people are. my computer has whole encryption so no one ever just can take and use it without my permission. next is even when another one will have permission to use it there will be different acconts and a the explict stuff is stored in hidden and encrypted containers on the hard drive. call it paranoid but i feel save and dont will come into such situations i need to explain me or ruin a friendship or something else.

So I got into vore round' 10th-11th grade, (Don't judge) and once in class I left my computer open. I came back to find a girl on my laptop, scrolling through my history. When I walked in she looked up at me like 'Holy shit', and went back to her seat. To this day I don't know how much she saw, but she continues to give me weird looks, and won't stay in the same room as me for long. From that day on I have my net incrypted, passwords on EVERYTHING and I use private browsing mode always. It pays to be prepared, and I'm not ever gonna get caught in that situation if I can help it.

Few years back when i was still a minor and couldn't buy my own art, I had a stash of of my vore drawings hidden under a super dusty and old scrabble game box. When cleaning out my room my mom grabbed the box and I used lightning quick panic reflexes to snatch the entire stack, bundle it into a half ball and stuff it in my sweatshirt pocket. She demanded to know what that just was and why i was hiding it but i begged her to not look and lied saying it was poorly drawn sketches of woman. She found that kinda amusing and bought it, letting me go throw them in a plastic bag and tear them up on my own.

Was better to be thought of as a horny teenager than a voraphile

Yes. This entirely :D

I still remember one night at college I was drunk and looking at vore, must have put the computer in hibernate without closing the browser. The next day, I was hanging out with some friends when they wanted to check something out online (before the age of smartphones) so I got my laptop out, typed in my password, and handed it to him. Boom, there's a drawing of a naked chick with a huge belly and arm sticking out of her mouth. A big WTF expression came over his face and I closed the browser ASAP while muttering something about roommates using my computer. It was never brought up again!

As I own my apartment, I have a safe that comfortably fits my 1tb hard drive as well as any A4 sketches I want to store. Even though I live alone I like that those are there along with other valuables. My laptop is merely password protected.

Additionally I must say that if I had the sort of friends who would snoop on my computer or through any of my private possessions without me knowing... Quite honestly those sorts of people wouldn't stay my friends for very long. This may sound quite melodramatic to some but I believe respecting people's privacy is a core part of respecting them as a person. I wouldn't dream of opening my girlfriends computer and looking at her browsing history, or anything like that.

Some people in rl know about it. Three of my best friends, and my mom. They're cool with it. I'm also semi-open about it to close friends online/in RP since many are female, and it's fun to talk them into rping it out (which has happened a few times lol) Granted, I don't want the RP community I'm in to know about it beyond those mentioned close people. I would never reveal anything on here that would connect me to any of my other online endeavors. Other than maybe PM if they wanted to do other RP stuff etc, but that has yet to happen.

That being said, the only people I really don't want to find out is my father, step-mom, or brother. Whenever they want to use my computer for something, or for me to look something up (Which is very rare, thankfully. Maybe 1-2 times a year.) I fear they will find something by accident, or I will be dumb and open something by accident etc. Luckily, other than my brother who usually has his own computer stuff anyway, I'm the only one who can use a computer, so there would be no them going on without me there/using it. I should likely do more to protect the information, but it just hasn't been needed yet.

There is also the times they walked in, but I usually turn off my monitor by reflex when that happens. So no one has seen anything long enough to really know what it was. They just think I like at that anime porn(or hentai as we "normal" people would call it.) Rather them just think it's only that. Granted, my dad has been nosy a few times, which is annoying -_- I made a topic about that a few years back even.

I keep all of my devices locked and password protected, since I would NOT want to be in the situation of others finding the overly NSFW stuff I watch! Although I actually reshare a lot of tame vore art on Facebook freely nowadays, simply because I don't see any reason to care in its case :P

I think the closest any one has come to finding out about my vorephilia irl is a very close friend of mine that I was in the military with. I used his computer when mine was down to visit this site, though I did neglect to delete it from the browser history. If he did stumble upon this site, he never mentioned it and by now would have forgot as that was about four years ago. I trust that friend with my very life so I highly doubt he talked about it to anyone if he did find out.

As far as vore goes I once left a picture I was looking at up on my phone. When I brought up my browser to show someone something it popped up, but I noted the URL and quickly closed the tab. Close call, since it wouldn't have been easy to explain away.
Nice open window you have there. It would be a shame if I slithered into it and devoured you.

Yep twice as it happens.

Back in the days when I was playing World of Warcraft (before Blizzard killed the game with the hated Cataclysm expansion, which totally cured my addiction) I was a member of a guild. I'd stupidly been browsing a vore site with the game client minimised, and for some reason had pressed Ctrl+C on my keyboard to copy the site's address into memory, and then forgot.

Inevitably, later in the game, I somehow-or-other ended up pasting the address into guild chat.

....

You know that moment when you wish that the sun would go supernova or something, and just incinerate the earth and everything on it?

Naturally, a load of the people in my guild checked what the link was, and wasted no time in getting back to me.

I just acted totally dumb, and tried to bullshit my way through it; making out that I had no idea what the link was all about, and that I'd just been browsing the web, and clicked on some weird website by mistake and then copied the link it with the intention of showing it to some people for a laugh, as in "look what some weird freaks on the internet are into, what the fuck is this?" No idea how many people bought it, but my face was burning up with embarrassment all night.

A few years ago, I ran of a DVD for my brother in law containing various stuff, music, some movies etc. etc. After giving him the DVD, I suddenly realised, to my absolute horror, that my vore folder was hidden amongst all this stuff, and I'd inadvertently copied it over to the DVD I gave him.....

Naturally the bastard found it.

The next time I saw him, I was informed that he didn't particularly like the 'weird eating people folder' that I'd given to him among his other stuff. Once again I tried to bullshit my way through it: "Oh yeah, someone sent that to me for a laugh, wanted me to see what kinds of strange fetishes are out there, there was a load of other stuff about feet and baloons and clowns too, but I must have forgot to delete that 'eating people' folder along with the other stuff.. sorry about that... blah blah"

Once again, I've no idea if he bought the bullshit explanation or not. Probably not.. but he's never mentioned it since. I sincerely hope he has just forgotten about it.

Needless to say my folder is far better hidden now. It's on a USB drive, inside a 'games' folder. filled with mods and source ports for various old games, buried amongst a huge nest of sub-folders, containing textures models and graphics mods for Doom, zipped into a winrar file, password protected, and with the file extension changed to 'wad' so it looks like a load of old Doom levels.

The downside is, browsing my collection is a total pain in the ass :D
