Do you guys know of any shared universes within the vore community?


From what I know of, Ishara by Duamutef and Felarya by Karbo are such universes.

Hmm...You should probably define what you mean by "shared universes," Bright. Do you mean a universe where folks can just make fan content for without the artist caring much, do you mean as in a universe that can easily engage in crossovers...? Universes that are "shared" between a couple creators?

I would reiterate ItsSomething's prior question. I have a setting of my own that I use for my vore stories. I haven't given serious consideration to making it "shared", although I don't see how I can realistically stop that from from happening. The best I could do is mark it as "non-canon".

I'm not too worried about it because my vore tastes are narrow enough that I don't see a wide use (or abuse) of the setting outside my own.

Well, I have done several role-plays set in Āen, so in that respect, yes. But no one but me has written single-author stories, so in that respect, no. I'd really have to complete a "writer's bible" for that to be done properly, I guess. Or some author would have to consult me on the limits of the universe. I can't imagine that anyone would want to brave Mt. Wall-of-Text for a vore story, so this happening seems unlikely.

I sort of run a shared universe myself for Pokemon Mystery Dungeon vore. There's been a lot of writers and artists who have established their characters and stories in Clearspring; a Pokemon town hidden beyond the forests of southern Sinnoh, hidden away from human society.

I have been trying to make Peran a shared universe but I still haven't produced any serious content for it.

Hmm, I suppose the closest thing I could come up with in that regard that isn't Duamutef's or Karbo's verses would be those of DeadStrategicCactus's Pandora City, and DestinyLust's Vorabloom, where you basically just gotta ask and they'll let you write stuff featuring their characters if you want. Oh! SpaceHump's verse, too, though I don't think there's a whole lot of stories featuring their characters.
