It's insanely niche and I honestly doubt there's any real fetish stuff out on the market. I know there was one posable pregnant anime girl garage kit that came out a long time ago though, around the era of the rape-dog figure. Same sculptor I think. For this kind of fetish stuff, I just make my own for my own collection.

The Mega Man: Fully Charged Guts Man toy.

In the show, Guts Man's power is that he gets fatter and more powerful the more that he eats. The toy actually has a belly that expands a little bit when you press his head down. This can be done three times in a row. Upon the fourth press, his belly deflates back to it's normal, but still quite large, size.
