Searching for an Avatar vore story

James Cameron version with the blue space kitties, not the airbender one!

I've been searching for it for awhile now and I just can't seem to find it. Has to do with Jake Sully at the very end of the movie becoming a permanent addition to the Na'Vi and in order to do so he must consume his old body. For weird science fiction reasons, both Na'Vi Jake and Human Jake are fully awake and aware of each other and go through with this, with Na'Vi Jake swallowing down Human Jake and letting nature take its course.

Any help would be appreciated!
