Woohoo! Oregonians Unite! :-D I'm also from Western Oregon, I live in a small unknown town, but commute to Portland for school.

I live in our state's fine capitol. I can see the capitol building from my house.

Well, heya then. I live in a "hole" southwest of Montreal, called Ste-Clotilde. Ever heard of it?

Funny, that's at least three of us in the relative area, with Kernac being in Lasalle and all...

I never heard about it... If I search that name on mapquest, it does not find it, but it is there nevertheless, I finally found it near Hemmingford on the road 205...

Heh! I told you my town's a hole. It litterally is; it's mostly a stretch of black earth (terre noire). If you see carrots, salad, or radishes from Quebec, they're likely from Ste-Clotilde or St-Remi.

I actually live closer to St-Remi, on the 209 in fact. St-Remi is basically on a straight line after the Mercier Bridge... if you turn off into the reserve.

Meh. It seems even the locals couldn't find my hamlet :-D

Anyways.... it wouldn't be a big detour for me to come shake hands with a fellow vorarephile, when I go work on my sailboat, that is in St Paul de l'ile aux Noix. I usually drive down the Hwy 15 south and I take exit 21, but sometines I pass through Lacolle because gaz is sometimes 10 cents / liter cheaper there, so I go through exit 6 wich is the same for hemmingford... :)

100 miles from the coast doesn't really count as Western does it, considering just about everyone here lives 100 miles from the coast?

I live in Farnborough, England, about 50 kilometers south-west of London. I hope to move to a more arctic location when I leave college though, I'm torn between Norway, Canada and Alaska.
If your into canine vore or anything similar, take a look at my stories:
