What is your Favorite Feral Pred?

are monsters considered as feral??? i mean... im really into monster preds (my pfp at the moment is literally monster tom like bro it isn't it obvious???) if so then i like monsters that can't talk and really enjoy the prey... those would be at number 1... at number 2 domestic pets such as dogs and cats.

I would consider most monsters as ferals but there are things that’d I’d exclude from that list like Nagas, Centaurs, etc.

Probably a wolf or dragon or a big cat. You know stuff that archetypally gets stuck in the pred role in stories. I'm generally a big sucker for archetype in general. Hence why even though feral preds are not my first pick I can still answer this threads question.

2. Cows (I like a lot of ungulates but cows are a favourite.
3. Fish (Unfortunately not that popular).

Yeah I wish fish were more popular to, sadly there isn’t much artwork or stories out there for people into that.

I agree with the fish thing. I'm mostly into aquatic predators myself. Whether its general fish, whales, sharks, or even dolphins. As long as it's cartoony, friendly, or just plain cute, I usually enjoy a good aquatic predator scenario.

I had trouble figuring out what's my favorite, as I don't really mind any feral preds, but thinking about it, cows and other farm animals are a pretty good choice. Just imagining the Farmer's daughter ending up in a cow's stomach, or a pig's, or a horse's does it for me, to say nothing of the fact she'll probably end up as manure. That being said, Hippos are also pretty high up for me.

Usually Carnivoran mammals.
Though sometimes you can squeeze in some herbivores, the typical vore associated scalies, as long as the art style or depiction gives off that soft cartoon feel that I like. (and probably don't even know how to describe properly)

Birds, reptiles, amphibians, and invertebrates of basically any species, sharks, dolphins and whales, dragons and gryphons, dinosaurs of any species, elephants, hippos, rhinos, mammoths, other prehistoric animals (and I mean from a Pterosaur to a hellpig, to extinct bugs, sea scorpions, octopus and squids and cuttlefish, and plenty of others. Goats and horses are hot, too.

Reptiles like dragons, snakes, and alligators are my favorite. Birds, especially pelicans and herons, are cool too. For mammals I mostly like orcas. Basically if it can swallow prey whole in real life I'll probably like it.
