I think it's super intimate as others have said, you're completely enveloped by someone and it just seems like the ultimate cure for loneliness. As a prey, I think I like the power dynamic of it generally and I think it leads to some interesting and erotic scenarios in stories and art. Plus the pregnant looking belly is attractive but knowing no ones dying is nice
