Describing the womb from the inside
For a protagonist inside the womb I wonder how they would describe it being like and what they hear, feel, see, etc?

Suspended almost like being weightless ,Wet, dark , a constant heart beat , warmth , everything sounding like being underwater , a pain in my belly button that supplies me with all the air I need as I no longer need to breath And nutrients .a fluid that tastes like blood, All depends on the scenario , I feel like If I'm the protagonist I’m here becasue I don’t want to be.

I’d expect you’d hear a lot even if it’s distorted that’s how we learn our mothers voice , it’s been demonstrated with music that a baby has heard does seem to remember that song after birth , I can imagine if we are captured and held against our will , we will be a audience to a lot of conversations , when she’s going to the bathroom, showering the sensation of touch on top of the skin if she is rubbing her belly or hell if she’s even having sex.

Re: Describing the womb from the inside
I add some interactive chapters on writing.com and I usually describe it in terms of warmth and security. I guess itger details I try to describe the sensation of pressing and kicking against the walls of the womb and like the jostling and jiggling as the mother walks around. I focus on the ever present heartbeat and breathing of the mother as well as try to describe the umbilical chord like wrapping around or being like lack vs snapping like a bungie if there’s some kind of impact
