I don't care about moral, about opinion, about reason, or about anything that you can possibly come up with. This includes any particular piece of drawing, writing, video, etc. If the owner does not want it redistributed, those material do not belong here!

It is understandable if it is under the term of fair use when it is not specified whether it is allowed to be distributed. but as long as the owner specifies not to. You do not redistribute it. Period.

If you insist on doing it, I will make sure you won't be doing it on this site. That means If you do it on purpose, I will ban you from this site. This is your last warning.

This is a good point actually, i'm not sure how that should be handled. While the clips are not being used to generate any profit for the site, there is no way to say if they are doing any damage or not. While I doubt they are doing any damage, who's to know which ones are infringing on copyrights simply by being there. At the very least each one should have very specific wording of what it came from and who it is copyighted to (if anyone). I believe the copyright laws that apply are the ones in the country which the server the site is on is located.

I wholeheartedly agree with all this yet I find it sad and angering that it will still continue, virtually unabated. People like Eric Bauman (who is on my, ahem, LIST) and others like him are spineless cowards who are just looking for some recognition to their sorry lives and/or looking to make a quick buck.
