Where is all the AI generated vore art at?
Hi all,
Just wondering, has no one attempted to do any AI Vore art at all?
I'm presuming it can't be done because otherwise I would have thought there would be a whole thread/gallery on it.
Or even AI Maw views would be awesome.
Anyone tried?

Commission an actual artist instead of using a machine that steals from them.

I and a friend have gotten a lot of success out of it.
That being said... yeah. Pretty sure that AI art isn't allowed on the site.

If you want AI vore, search for it on Deviantart- they love AI there and have a ton.
As far as I am aware, AI stuff is not really allowed on this site- its really a site founded by and run by artists and creatives, many of whom are not comfortable with it.
----
Im not really against the use of AI to a limited degree, but, man, I really hated how much low-quality and repetitive works started flooding deviantart this last year with it. So many of the AI galleries were just 100's to 1,000's of nearly identical images and it felt like spam.
My issue is mostly on how some of the main companies running all of the major AI systems have had questionable ethics, and myself as an artist, I am learning to draw and make art, because I enjoy making art. I played around with a few AI generators, but honestly, it just felt hollow and not like art to me, and Ive decided to NOT use that myself in my art.

DA has already turned into an AI dumpster with barely any human-made art showing in the feed. Inkbunny, Pixiv, and twatter are quickly going in that direction, too. I'm grateful that Eka's portal and FA remain free from this cancer for the time being. I'm both amazed and terrified by how eager techbros are to ruin even that handful of safe havens human creators still have and destroy the livelihood of those who created those platforms and ran them for the past two decades. Guess they're just as incapable of making a platform of their own as of making art with their own hands.

Ohhh right, I wasn't aware of that.
That's a bit of a shame...
Ok thanks all.

Re: Where is all the AI generated vore art at?
I'm thankful this site is shielded from the AI art flood. No matter what, I can't get excited about a picture that I know is made by an AI. It just feels sterile with no heart put in it. They say AI won't make regular artists disappear, but I can imagine how disheartening it can be when your own art, which you put effort into, gets absolutely buried beneath a colossal amount of AI art from a conveyor belt. To me, all the AI vore in Deviantart, for example, looks the same.
It's practically inevitable that as the AI advances, some people who would have commissioned an artist will instead use a machine to get the thing they want for much cheaper.

As much as I have strong criticisms (for certain aspects of) Eka's Portal, I'm immensely grateful that this site has kept the AI scourge at bay. I myself absolutely REFUSE to post AI works on here and on other sites even on the AI dumpster that is Deviantart (Been a member for almost 20 years). The prospect that some machine could displace human talent is something that in all honesty scares the shit out of me, in ways that would rival political sectarianism exploding into actual warfare.
Most AI works actually look weird and tacky and I've actually used AI apps to create certain 'themed' works and they often came out weird and even creepy. For example, I used an AI site to create scenes of various celebrities and they frequently came out looking like they grew extra arms and legs and it ruined the entire 'product'. Makes me question the idea of 'technofuture' or futuristic settings when AI could displace actual human talent. This could easily destabilize society and either lead to untold chaos and social upheavel, even warfare, or at least force governments around the world to regulate AI in all aspects of society.
Either way, I'm just glad Eka's Portal has kept AI at bay, at least for the time being.

I'm pretty glad its not on here. So much of the AI generated stuff is just...really not very good. Often awful. And people who "make" the AI stuff seem to just compensate for the lack of quality with sheer volume. Most online communities I'm a part of have ended up banning it, even those who welcomed it at first, since the sheer dumpster level of content has flooded the space.
Deviantart is just so full of awful garbage now, I'm visiting it less and less each week.
So grateful this place has avoided that whole scenario. The art and stories here are always absolutely outstanding.

Re: Where is all the AI generated vore art at?
A couple people have attempted to post AI generated artwork to the site, and it has been taken down. For the better, I'd say - a lot of tags on Deviantart and Pixiv are damn near unbrowsable with all the AI shit in them, and that's without all the questionable ethics involved regarding how generative AI is trained. It's easy enough for a new post to get drowned out on particularly busy days when it's all human-generated artwork - if we let AI here, it would effortlessly smother the art of actual humans.

For some reason AI fails miserably at creating hands, mouths, and anatomical elements. It's godawful at it. And, as others have said; sterile.

I'm so glad to hear a lot of people here share my sentiments. Even looking beyond how borringly awful and repetitive AI art is. If somehow it could generate the perfect image to what my fetish cravings wanted at the moment, I would reject it. Why? Because there's something about the thought that an image was created by an actual human, filtered through their personal experiences, tastes, and passion, that is the last piece of the puzzle I need to really enjoy an image. Fetishy or otherwise. I'll take a human drawn image with horrible foreshortening, iffy shading, and bad anatomy, over a "perfect" image (which AI generators haven't even gotten to yet) that's just an amalgamation of stolen work, any day.

Those are usually parts that human artists also struggle to get right, and we're so used to seeing them we can very quickly tell when something looks off. The human artist has enough self-awareness to say "That don't look right" and try to fix it, but the AI does not have that self-awareness.
Further, mouths and especially hands are very dynamic body parts. Arms, eyes, legs, and so on can only be in so many positions relative to everything else (though sometimes the toaster even fails with that), but there's countless ways for the mouth and hands to be positioned for any pose. A human artist will have a specific idea in mind when putting the whole piece together. The toaster does not.

If you really are for anti-artist plagiarism machines this site may not be for you.

If you are searshing for AI images, this isn't the site to be searshing at. And that is awesome

Really though? I tried it once and from what I've seen the AI is unable to understand the concept of a creature being in the stomach of another, let alone convey a sense of movement or story.
The only thing it's half-decent at is making vaguely rounded bellies.

Re: Where is all the AI generated vore art at?
I've seen AI art that matches my love for "steampunk" that is good quality and matches things I just don't see from other media.
But the biggest use I see for AI is to create models.
My own drawing skills are inhibited by my perfectionism. I was even proud of an image I posted where I forced myself not to be a perfectionist.
It was the exception, not the rule.
I used to use Daz Studio to create CGI art, the program even has a creators license allowing you to claim art you create as your own (but NOT the 3-d models themselves, it's different levels of CGI complexity, creating the models vs posing them. But Daz has never had great customer service and when they no longer supported MacBook pro, I couldn't use it anymore.
So I've used photoshop to create "models" and then draw from them.
Similarly, AI could be used the same way. As models. But I'm pretty sure it would have the same problem as CGI, which breaks down if you try impossible fits. Like Same size vore. The pixels just won't connect if you try to make a CGI model swallow a same size model. This could probably be fixed if you were skolled at rigging the models (unlike me) and may have been fixed. If you have a PC instead of a Mac.
Good luck with however you end up working it.

Might just take some fine tuning. My bots are to the point of mocking and coming up with appropriate innuendos.
