As much as I would want to say I prefer both, I can't deny that there's just something about Anal that's just so... mm, y'know? It combines the more mainstream and explicitly arousing parts of anal sex/insertions with that particular domination aspect of vore, not to mention I'm a big fan of butts in general. Plus, the aspect of it where the predator is devouring their prey and stuffing them inside a "dirty" or profane part of their body is very nice to me. (Not to say all Anal Vore needs to be dirty, in fact I prefer AV to be on the clean side.) Plus there's the smell factor, where the prey is bombarded not only by the squeezing and clenching of the pred's bowels, but the smells of the pred's lower digestive system, perhaps the remains of their last meal.

Oral vore. I've never really liked any vore through a orifice that clearly isn't meant for eating things. I guess it's because I like the idea of turning another being into food and I simply can't get over the fact that the mouth is clearly designed to function as the entrance to the digestive system. I actually only like oral vore, I dislike anal and strongly dislike cock vore and vaginal unbirthing. I vastly prefer oral. For me, the main appeal of vore is that someone's being eaten, and I don't think of sticking things up your butt as eating them. That's not to say I can't enjoy both, but for largely different reasons--and there are some things about AV that don't always appeal to me, so I'm a lot more choosy about that one and have to be in the right mood for it.

While Oral is the most natural, there is something to be said about the intestines yanking my writhing self inside to the stomach or sifting through my carcass until I am a loaf, or both.
