Favorite vore animation style?

Postby roguestar23 » Sat Nov 16, 2024 7:40 pm

I don't see animation get talked about a lot in this community, it's almost always just art or writing unless we're talking about vore in media. So, with that said, what's your favorite kind of animation style? 2D? 3D? Hand drawn? Computer generated?

I've got a bit of a unique taste, by which I mean I actually tend to prefer lower quality animations. For example, I genuinely prefer a 2 minute animation made in Ibis Paint than a hyper realistic animation made in, say, Blender. Don't get me wrong, I definitely still like some animators that use that style (come on, what's not to like about Cakeinferno?), but I rarely see anyone else talk about the less detailed animations. I'm not even sure why I like them so much more, I just do. Too bad it's hard to find people that actually animate in that style though.

I gotta say, there's a certain charm in frame by frame animation that is drawn that you don't get in 3d.

Hard 2D unless it's a game character, for the most part.

Both 2d and 3d are good, I guess the general quality is what makes the difference, not that it needs to be realistic or have crazy details, but like the movement and such is what matters.
Isn't hand drawn the same as 2d?

Do you have example about that style? I don't picture it

When I say hand drawn, I mean it looks like it was hand drawn instead of being perfectly clean. Rougher edges, flat colors, stuff like that. Like I said, Ibis Paint is the most common software I see that uses a style I like.

I don't have time to look for an actual animation right now, but here's an image that's basically the style I like. After thinking about it more, the main reason I like this style so much is that it's a lot easier to animate belly movements, which is a must have for me in any vore media.

I personally adore both styles. Some 3D work absolutely blows everything out of the water. But same with 2D. And as someone both into humans and furries alike, I have a lot of options in sites and creators to see hot animations. There's this one really hot animation I recall in 3D of a glowing stomach that is extremely detailed and reminds me of how Leifkin likes his Mass Effect guts with it all glowy, puprle/blue, etc. But then there's a few in 2D that are disposal related and/or fatal digestion related with detailed bones and one has a step on the skull method of snuffing out. But I can't recall where I remember them from so sorry.

Oh yeah, both definitely have their merits. I'm also someone who's into both humans and furries, but I have a harder time finding animators I like because I don't like super sexual animations. I used to really like Your Vore Zone, but they kind of lost me when they left Youtube and stopped making censored animations. I think that's another reason I tend to watch 2D animations more, they usually don't have as much sexual content as 3D animators, at least from what I've seen.

If I had unlimited time and much stronger skills, I'd want to do high-end 2d animation. Since I don't, I'm fairly content with stylized but semi-realistic 3d.

Traditional frame by frame animation, drawn on celluloid with the blood and tears of overworked & underpaid animators.

Flash animation can go to hell and stay there. Cut-out animation, digital or not, looks awful. Always has, always will.
