Diapers during unbirth, yay or nay?

So, quick question, but should children, meaning 12 and under, being unborn be wearing diapers when they go in? I would think most expectant mothers of unborn children would quite enjoy the feeling of their child reentering their womb with a diaper on, and it may even feel good for the child too. I should also think that most expectant mothers wouldn’t want their recently unborn child “going” in their womb, but hey, I’m no expert. Let me know what you think.

For me probably not really. As once the umbilical cord connects no point for them to need to wear a diaper. I can see the mother wearing one possibly if she has multiple babies in her womb. Or well if one is unbirthed by a baby etc. Not sure on the last part myself if that is what some go for

As someone who isn't exactly a fan of "Diaper Fetish" or including underage people in fetish works, the only reason I'd include diapers in my unbirth works is for "holding" purposes. Once the unbirth-ee is pushed/pulled into the unbirth-er, the pred puts on a diaper for the sole purpose of holding the prey in place, as well as preventing any fluid leakage giving away the location of the prey.

Example: Vore is looked down on in a community. Hiding a belly caused by swallowing someone is hard, but a pregnant belly is excusable as "just being pregnant". If pred is wandering in town, out in public, the best and quickest way to hide the prey they're going to later eat would be to unbirth them and put on an "adult diaper" to prevent any leakage giving away the fact that they just shoved someone up their hole. The diaper absorbs the liquid, the pred can give the illusion of simply being pregnant as they return home. Once home, they remove the diaper, "eject" the unbirthed prey, and proceed to eat them. Unbirth with absorption scenario is similarly coded as to prevent "drooling".
