Doloris blushed and gingerly rubbed the back of her head.

"Well, Mr. Rockefeller makes easy to afford," Doloris said with a coy smile, "There's a phone over there if you need anything. Give the front desk a call and if their not dealing with the onslaught of guests... heh, they'll probably help you out. See ya." Doloris strolled out of the room, her usual pessimism rooting itself back into her mood.

Frank Rockefeller swallowed up the sight of the large crate that was before him, a smile frozen on his face.

"You've made sure no visitors show up right Sumner?" he asked the neko.

"Actually, Salina doesn't need to know," Frank reminded Sumner. "For our eyes and our minds only." Frank looked to a man near and electrical box and dragged his fingers across his throat. The man yanked the lever down, killing the power throughout the warehouse. At the sound of a few clanks and cracks, the walls of the box fell down. It released a cyan light that filled the room and left Frank's jaw wide open. A loud wail boomed out from behind the glass container hidden inside the shining blue light.

"It's... ha ha haaah, it's amazing!" Frank breathed out.

"Ay we got the well set up yeah?" asked one of the workers next to him.

"Oh yeah yeah yeah. Get it there quickly. Lord knows how long its been cramped in there."

Fernando approached the neon lit bar and rested his arm on the counter. He surveyed all the dozens of preds with full bellies and the romantic couples who made out with a long face. Slow jazz and boisterous laughter polluted the air of the main lounge.

“What can I get ya pal?” asked a glowing robot on the other side of the counter. A name tag that read “Hi, my name is C05M0” hung from his chest.

“Give me the strong shit.” Fernando muttered begrudgingly.

“Easy pal, there are kids here,” C05M0 remarked with a small chuckle.

Steph arrives with a load of luggage as she sighs happily, "At last, a resort I can relax at, where's my voucher and massages?"

Daniel Swanson along with his two daughters left their cabin over to the offices, when they got there he openend the door and turned to the girls. "All right you two have fun, but don't go causing any trouble." "Okay,""Got it, dad." With that Lilly and Rose took off to go explore the resort and maybe meet some other kids to hang out with. Aside from their ears and tails and the fact Lilly kept her hair shorter the two were identical and they got along as much as any set of siblings.

Hoping his daughters would at least both make it through their first day at the resort alive the 32 year old slightly overweight Daniel sat down behind his computer and checked it to see what needed to be repaired and what he needed to order to do it. Since the resort was still new he doubted he would have a lot to do and looked forward to an easy first day on the job.

A frogman who worked the front desk eye-balled Steph. He held up a piece of paper in his hand.

“Aren’t you the woman who asked for cash as a guest here?” he asked with a distinct Hispanic accent.

Deloris sat there twiddling her thumbs when she perked her ears at the sound of the office doors opening. She tilted her head at the sight of Daniel.

“Yo,” she said as she returned her glance to a website focused on Alchemy, “You’re the new manager here I take it?”

Daniel stopped when he heard someone who he thought was the owner greet him, though she looked younger than he expected. "Yes Ma'am that is me, Daniel Swanson. Thanks for allowing to bring my daughters along, though I doubt they'll be sticking around for long." He did genuinely love both of them but given that Lilly and Rose were still excited to come with him after he warned them about some of the practices going on at the resort he had a gut feeling they would end up like his wife, except not eaten by him.

Deloris sighed at the mention of children.

“Sure,” she muttered, opening a tab on cult rituals. “Hey just letting you know, everybody’s in the lounge partying. So it’s... its just me here. And I don’t know what the hell Freddy’s up to. Just go to the lounge, take the your kids with, I don’t know.”

Steph nods, "Yes I am, is that a problem?" she asks the frogman casually.

"Thanks, before I go though is there anything I can do for you?" Daniel could tell that she didn't seem to like children and wanted to make sure he made clear he appreciated being allowed to take them along, though he worried if he came across as sucking up.

Lilly and Rose meanwhile were simply exploring the resort trying to decide how to spend the day. "We could always go to the pool." "True but this is our first day here, I want to start it off with something special."

Salina and miles left their hotel room to explore miles running ahead of her "don't go too far ahead sweetie don't want to see you eaten already" miles giggled at her teaseing "okay mom"

Julie headed towards the pool to begin her shift as the lifeguard

Summer was walking through the lobby keeping an eye out for any potential issues

“Well, you need a job here if you want money,” he replied, “you just applied for a stay here.”

Fernando limped around the halls and occasionally ran into a wall. His eyes drifted all over but seemed to focus on Summer.

“Hey... heeeyy,” he said putting on a droopy smile on his red face, “So, my shift’s off darlin’. How’s about you and me go down to the office and watch *hic* a few movies? Sound... nice?”
