This is a city where Vore is the norm, it happens a lot actually. So in order to prevent the population from seeing a drastic drop Reformation stations were built through out the city, seeing as how there were enough preds that outlawing vore of any kind wasn't really going to work. That said The city officials decided to just let people do there thing. Of course that does not mean some preds won't take preys as slaves or pets, though doing so with out their consent on the matter tends to be frowned upon but occasionally receives a blind eye. All of the citizens are marked as pred, prey or anything in between on the matter and anyone can have whatever job they are qualified for. Question is: What are you?

Loki was at his night club and prostitution lounge having the entire place cleaned before the night would begin. His home was directly above the business so it was easy for him to work here, and bring the occasional person home. He didn't take anyone home the previous night which disappointed him, but had a mission for the night. Loki decided to head out while the place was being cleaned to grab some things for himself.
