It's been a difficult journey across the Wasteland these past few weeks, but at least it pays well. Having to detour around Route 88 didn't help, but the Divide isn't something many travelers are set for. Each of you is a mercenary, hired to deliver a canister to to the Shi in San Francisco. Just be careful: they say the bandits, not to mention the monsters, are exceptionally hungry in these parts.

It was a long road for one of the mercs on this job who only goes by KILLJOY as he reflects on how he ended up so far away from home. hailing all the way from the east coast killjoy was just looking to make some money to send back to his family when he heard of an opportunity to make enough to keep them supplied for a long time his choice set he set out for this newest job ready for whatever was thrown at him. as he looked around now to familiarize himself with his new companions that would hopefully help him on this job and not leave him for dead on the side of the road.

" I grasp my canteen drinking a quick sip of water but as I do this I eye up everyone with me to make sure I'm surrounded by a group of strong people finding that I'm weak but I managed to get here from the other side of the United States to here, it surprised me that i survived getting here through caravans through my negotations with leaders of caravans, I still try talking to Hancock from Boston but it's been a while, I find my brains what negates my strength against people as I put my hands on my pistol at all times remembering the time my "family" was attacked in Boston while we were trying to get to a trade post I find myself weak from me being 5 foot and skinny from being starved so long without food for multiple times and my skin being sun kissed from being in the wastes for so long"

Hailing from the more populated east, Xen finds themselves among a motley crew of varied individuals. They keep to themselves, awaiting to find out what this job was that the Clergy had sent them on. A good name to the Children of Atom was all they were here to achieve, they had made it quite clear that nothing else in their life mattered and that pious responsibility was always their most important duty. No memory before the church, no family to note beyond the convent, it comes to surprise that this youth is not the most pious individual. The church's association with The Glow and with Ghouls makes him unsure they have the best intentions. Despite this, they have made it here, sitting calmly with their hands in lap, eyes looking about to find who is the source of this mission they shall be undertaking.

As the young merc sat there looking over the trader and the child of atom he just sat there and waited for one of the others to break the ice. as the human pulled out his pipe rifle that has seen him through the trip to the west and began to inspect it to make sure it was in top shape and ready for this job coming up.

Killjoy looked up from his weapon before answering "i came from the east for this job that's all ill say for now." as he didn't want to give anything away to a bunch of strangers he just met still wary as to who he could trust amongst the group

I see so same as me cool "I try to make the mood in the room calm so we can try to relax for a bit but I still leave me pistol unholstered if someone felt trigger happy"

Thanks to his experiences in the wasteland and his ability to read people he noticed that at least one person would be ready in case something happens as his eyes drifted to the trader. noticing the unholstered pistol he would keep an eye on it to make sure he wasn't caught off guard "so then anywhere I would know?" he asked vaguely where the trader hailed from. but as he looked around at the group assembled he wondered what the others were here for or...to be more specific what reasons they had to take the job.

I'm from Boston I lived in Good Neighbor well lived is the word I would use "I say it but notice kills eyes wondering making me acknowledge him as smart man in a small room fight or in a negotiations making me smile in my head as my eyes wondering to the child of atom I have seen what they do to people that don't follow their believes in Boston"

Re: Vore Never Changes: A Fallout RPG (RP Thread)
Killjoy would let his mind wander as he heard the trader say they were from boston letting him think of his own adventure through the commonwealth. wondering how things were in the commonwealth since last he saw the brotherhood had just arrived and a war was brewing under the surface. but he shook himself out of those thoughts as he noticed the wandering eyes on his own before they moved onto the child of atom his eyes soon to follow but they also looked for whoever was handing out this job so he can prepare for the road ahead and checking his pockets hoping he had enough caps to gear up if need be.

(Roll performance if you want to play. It's Charisma plus proficiency which is +2)

(All checks like these use the d20; the other ones are only for damage)

Re: Vore Never Changes: A Fallout RPG (RP Thread)
(Your Charisma is 16, so the modifier is the +3, then, you add your skill to the check, another +2)
