Dark Souls: Prepare to Digest

Hello everyone, you know me as Velka by now. I've been running two adventure RPs for a month now, a Fallout and D&D one respectively, which are still ongoing. Today, I'd like to throw the suggestion of a Dark Souls RP into the ring. The premise lends itself to vore; big monsters, respawning after you're digested so you can be eaten more than once, etc. Admittedly, I'd still be operating from my comfort zone of the 5E system, but that means that I can bring my full experience to the table, as a game master should.

How many people would be interested in this kind of RP?

i just need a bit of help, i don't have a 5th edition players hand book or a character sheet i do have access to a 3rd edition character sheet and players hand book

Appearance:
Nichet Nocturne is a slender, and lithe woman standing 5'6" and weighing 146lbs, short crimson hair with a small broken bell hanging from one of her bangs, crazy electric blue eyes, a small child-like nose and small slender lips, slightly ungroomed eye brows.

Background: Criminal (Hired Killer)
Personality Traits: Nichet or Niche as she is likes to be called, is a wild card, but likes to make friends then enemy's i mean what's better then having a buddy to joke around with right.
Ideals:Freedom and Redemption
Bonds:Niche knows that she is a bad person and a killer she is guilty of many horrible murders that she committed and she hopes one day she is able to redeem herself.
Flaws: Niche has a bad habit of getting distracted at times and if it's a plan she's more likely going to forget it, if not by accident then on purpose after all so you could say she's impulsive in that retrospect
