Sheathing his dagger and giving up on the door he brushes himself off

[Bright]

Bright:
Oh no, I've become a mummy!

[hunter2045]

AMCJavelin:

*As you brush yourself off, you hear a panel in the wall behind you open. You look, and to your horror, you see a mummy approaching you.*

Choose how to proceed:

[hunter2045]

Bright:

*Your eyes are now covered by the wrappings, as the second layer is completed. Then successive layers are added to your mummiform. You then feel your self being lifted, and carried somewhere. A short time later you feel yourself being placed in a tight space (It's a sarcophagus, but you can't see it). Then you hear a muffled grinding sound (The lid is closed). Suddenly you notice that your life-force is being drained by the wrapping, as the mummification completes.*

Darren moves towards the pyramid to see if he can find a way in.

[AMCJavelin]

Seeing the mummy the dagger comes back out and He makes his way swiftly through one of the near by corridors

[hunter2045]

Thatoneidiot:

*You can't find an opening. But you see a temple close by.*

Do you:
Head to the temple?

or

Continue to check the pyramid?

[hunter2045]

AMCJavelin:

*The mummy follows you, as you try to find a way out. But the corridors all wind up being dead ends. The mummy closes in on you.*

Do you:
Fight the mummy?

or

Continue to try to find a way out?

Throwing the Dagger at the mummy he darts towards it and makes a gamble in trying to slide under it.

AMCJavelin:

*the dagger throw misses, as the mummy reaches for you. The mummy grabs a hold of you, and squeezes you in a bear hug. You then feel its wrappings ripple, as you begin to sink into the mummy's body>*

Do you:
Let yourself sink in?

or

Struggle to free yourself?

[AMCJavelin]

Javelin visibly annoyed tries to yank himself free, the mummy clearly being much more agile then he gave it credit for.

AMCJavelin:

*You try to to free yourself, but can't break loose. You sink further into the mummy. Now its wrappings begin to envelop you.*

Choose how to proceed:

Darren lets out a loud sigh as he begins his trek towards the nearby temple.

[hunter2045]

Thatoneidiot:

*You head over to the temple, and go in. Suddenly numerous torches come alight. You see many hieroglyphs depicting the life of the lost Pharaoh. Then you notice a passage leading deeper into the temple.*

Do you:
Examine the Hieroglyphs more closely?

or

Head deeper into the temple?

[AMCJavelin]

He gives up at this point and stops struggling, by now being halfway in. From here on he stops struggling offering no resistance and relaxes. "Some payday this turned out to be, what a crock"

[Thatoneidiot]

Darren decides to examine the hieroglyphs.

[hunter2045]

AMCJavelin:

*You stop your struggling, and sink fully into the mummy. Your life force is drained away, and you're wrapped and mummified. The mummy release your wrapped body, and places it in a recess in a hallway, along with several other mummies. Now you are a guardian of the tomb.*

*You read the Hieroglyphs. They tell the story of a female pharaoh who was betrayed by a vizier.*
