I haven't encountered that too often, so I'm not certain it's a real issue? Anyways, you're allowed to propose tag changes. And if they are just lying in the tags other people will probably support you in changing them.

Then again, if this new update made it so creators can stop people from editing the tags doesn't that mean we now need a new solution for when the tags are just wrong due to creator negligence or malicious attempts to mislead viewers? How would we do that?

One of the new features is the ability to turn that off...

Considering I just got a Herm picture when I blacklisted Herms because the tag said F/F, yeah, the system isn't quite perfect xD At least the obvious stuff like Scat and Popping is generally well tagged and the blacklist overlay thing works well there.

yeah when I publish works, I prioritize scat and digestion as must add tags if its present, as I know that's a big no-no for a few people, as well as a big turn on for others, so you cannot go wrong tagging correctly.

Honestly, if this update did nothing but add the blacklist to messages, I'd be perfectly happy! Been wanting that for quite a while, especially for when one of my squicks snuck into my messages page.

Now to go blacklist ALL the things!

Neat ta see that the blacklist feature is bein' expanded.

...although I hate to be the sort that goes "This is neat, but this would be cool too", but would there be any way to extend the blacklist overlay to the main page? Where you see this?

Can we have a 'report bad tags' feature please? Now gallery owners are locking their tags it's getting harder to just correct them.

As an example: https://aryion.com/g4/view/472574

The predator has a penis. Therefore, is 'futa' or 'herm'.

I know things are different RL, and a person's bits are their own business, but as a general rule people don't look for porn of 'female pred' hoping the predator has a penis.

Hey, just want to point out that this update broke the ability to tag submissions older than five years. Seems like a bug.
