Is the PM system offline?

I had recently come across a now deleted topic that had brought up the possibility that the PM system may be non-operational.

Is this true? If so, it may explain why I all the sudden have not received any PM about the once active RPs I was in.

Also, please fix this, like quicker than Roadrunner!

This came from the user's frontpage, the reason why he can't PM as well as how to fix were already outlined in the error message he received. Pretty sure it's an anti-spam measure and user just has to sit tight for more than a few hours to get the feature enabled.

I don't know what this means when i tried to message Eka so i can get my gallery going with my animations. "We are sorry, but you are not authorized to use this feature. You may have just registered here and may need to participate more to be able to use this feature." Can someone tell me how to fix it?

Hardly; I don't get messages often enough to even worry about that.

I mean, if there is something wrong with it, I'd like to know. If it's something else going on, I'm fine with that but....

There are no issue with the PM system. During registration each user are specified they will need to make three approved post in the forum before they can send private messages.
