Blacklisting "fatal" also blacklists "nonfatal"

I think this is a major oversight in terms of how the blacklist and tagging system works. I assume that it will also do the same with "man" and "woman", or "male" and "female", and the like.

Looks like it does that when there is a - in the tag. I will look into it.
