Please remove the "Escape" shortcut when making new posts

It is absolutely infuriating to be trying to type in tags which tries to autocomplete dozens of incorrect results. When I press the arrow keys it just autocompletes with whatever it wants, so I instinctively hit "Escape" instead to exit that dialog.

Rather than close just the tag dropdown, it closes my entire post window which cannot be recovered! If I press "New Item" again, it erases everything I had written. It flashes on my screen for a half second, then it all disappears, so I know this is intentional.

Please remove this feature. It has interfered with dozens of posts I have made. I have stopped bothering to enter tags on my content because they are obnoxious to fix.

Of course, we will improve the interface when we have the chance.

As a workaround meanwhile, you can fix that problem by using , as separator instead of pressing enter. That should stop the enter key by accepting as an entry.

Or simply type it somewhere and copy and paste it into the tag area, that also works.

I'm pretty certain that you posted this in the wrong thread.
Also, what in the world is up with the nearly invisible URL hidden at the end of your post that is both in a different language and leads to a website with text equally as foreign?
