How to make avatar + username link in gallery?

Exactly what the title says. I'd like to know how to make a link to another user with their avatar in the description of a gallery piece. Please help!

I had to figure this out too at some point...

If I wanted shadowfaps user icon to show up I'd put:

:iconShadowfaps:

into the description.

Insert desired username for intended effect.
