Prevent abusive tag edits on users submissions

I would like to suggest adjustments to the system that allows users to add / remove tags to / from other users submissions, to make it harder for ill intended people to mess with other users posts. I just had someone trolling me by deleting all the tags on one of my submissions, replacing them with joke keywords and complaints about stuff they didn't like. I already fixed the submission in cause and issued a warning in the comments, so no intervention is required for restoration. However I'm now worried that users with a grudge might go to all of my submissions and do this sort of thing, which is a danger that affects everyone with a gallery... the worst part is you can't even see who did it so you can block them!

As far as I'm aware, users can propose tag additions or deletions which then need to be voted by other users. This system definitely has its uses and I wouldn't want to see it removed, however abuse should be easier to prevent. Maybe the number of upvotes needed to approve modifications can be increased; I believe you currently need 2 votes, which technically allows someone with two accounts to edit tags however they please... perhaps 5 would be a more sensible value?

Don't worry about those. We logs every tags suggestion. If someone has a pattern of those we generally find them. Just report those tags and the item they are on directly to me and I will take care of it.

I will keep this in mind, thank you. So far it doesn't seem to have happened again, so I'll start from the premise that it was a one time thing and whoever did it has stopped. If they continue I'll be sure to let you or Leshana know.
