We used to allow asking for title when this site was still only a few hundred strong, like here for example viewtopic.php?f=7&t=12483
I can't do it anymore because there are simply too many of you! (We just past 900k unique visits per month) and it is fairly time-consuming to edit title in the forum.

Generally speaking, if you have something that needs moderator attention, you should simply Private message Eka. That includes any bug report, error report, violation report, outage report, suggestion, feature request. Etc.
Most topics will be locked as soon as they are acknowledged. Due to the nature that not many people can do anything regarding a technical issue. In that case, if you need something unlocked for any reason. Feel free to message Eka directly.

Hmmm...
Not really well skilled with forum board HTML and such, though from what I recall, adding that functionality was simple according to people I talked with about the subject.
I dunno. Probably sounds more simple than it actually is... :/
