Amazonian (Redfield and I)

Karri took a swig from her canteen as the group trudged through the thick foliage. It was their second day in the jungle, following clues on an ancient tablet found at another dig site at the edge of the jungle.

She wiped the sweat from her brow and took another drink. Karri had been hired on as an assistant, she had no real archeological training but she was desperate for a job; though it was the whole exploration and discovery thing that caught her interest.

There was about twenty in their group in total. A couple professors, some technicians, assistants like herself, and eight military trained soldiers to protect against any dangers they might encounter.

From what Karri could hear from up ahead, they should find this hidden temple sometime before sunset.

"Now that is a fine looking ass." The voice came from one of Karri's companions a red haired woman by the name of Rebecca. Who trudged along behind the young woman and had taken to distracting herself from the long drone of the walk by admiring the curves of Karri's rear.

Her pink lips curved into a grin and she wiped sweat from her forehead, so much sweat that she was able to throw some from her head onto the ground nearby. Her slender legs on display and her boots making little noise against the folliage. Her green eyes scanned the surroundings with interest before looking back to Karri, she moved forwad quickly to walk alongside the woman. "So Karri.....What say you and I have a little rendevous tonight" she whispered, her voice low and seductive. Rebecca flashed the girl a grin and then playfully blew the woman a kiss.

The temple in question was massive, it's imposing figure would loom on the horizon though with the ravages of time the exterior would be fairly overgrown looking almost part of the surroundings. It would be easy for the troupe to miss it, if their guide didn't know where she was going that is.

Karri gave Rebecca a tentative smile back but didn’t say anything. She brushed some of her own red hair to hide her bespectacled blue eyes for a moment. She wasn’t used to being complimented by her peers, having been a favorite target for bullies back in school.

A few hours later the call came from the front. “This is it!”

When temple came into sight all Karri could do was gape for a moment. The temple had to be at least a hundred feet tall at its peak, just high enough to peek though the leafy canopy above. The entryway was like a yawning chasm leading into a space reminiscent of a cathedral, in size at least. “Wow…” She murmured, “Those native liked their temples big didn’t they.”

Within minutes the crew were setting up camp. With the sun setting it had been decided no one was to enter the temple until tomorrow morning.

Rebecca whistled as she looked at the temple, looking into the entryway the young lady could see the inside was strangely immaculate. The walls, the floors everything looked untouched it seemed even dust refused to so much as enter the temple.

Rebecca moved forward quickly grabbing Karri's hand "I guess we'll just have to wait till tommorow to go inside." The young lady pulled the girl closer to her and a sigh escaped her lips "come on your sharing my tent.....Unless" she donned a coy grin "you'd rather sneak inside now.....I mean I'm sure it'd be more private" the young woman says a small laugh escaping her lips. Her head turning to look around the camp, playfully wetting her lips "I'm sure it will be fun either way."

"I mean, what harm can there really be if we go and have a quick look now."

“I, uh…” Karri started to say, but a prickling sensation at the back of her neck made her stop and look back into the temple. She could’ve sworn she heard someone whispering in there, but that couldn’t be. Could it? The place was clearly deserted.

Karri glanced at Rebecca, but the other woman didn’t appear to have heard anything unusual. She looked over at the rest of the team, all of them were busy setting up camp or watching the surrounding jungle. “You know what?” She said, lowering her voice, “Why not?”

Moving quickly but quietly Karri snuck into the temple, ducking behind the wall as soon as she passed the threshold. She had to know if those whispers she heard were real, and really her excitement of this whole discovery wouldn’t keep until tomorrow.

Rebecca donned a conspiratorial grin as she followed behind Karri, moving quickly and ducking behind the wall in short order. Being behind the girl once again she found her gaze drawn to the woman's butt for a brief moment a small laugh escaping her lips.

The temple seemed to warm up as they got further in and even became lighter as if some unseen power was being awoken, illuminating their way down the hallway. It seemed oddly comforting yet foreboding at the same time, as if their prescence had somehow woken it up.

As they went deeper into the winding passages of the temple, Karri kept listening for the whispers she heard at the entry. She stopped at a four way junction, trying to figure out which way to go when something caught her eye.

Off in a corner was some kind of necklace; links of gold connecting several blood-red rubies the size of her thumbnail. “Hey, look at this.” She said as she stepped over and picked up the necklace, “Wow, its almost like its brand new.”

Rebecca blinked moving forward to look at the necklace, her eyes widening and her lips curving into a coy grin. "Oh wow that is beautiful.....If there real this thing could probably set you up for life." The young red haired woman says grinning, a look of envy in her eyes. "There's bound to be more like this in here I bet." She thought for a moment tilting her head to the side "So are you going to try it on?"

The suggestion caught Karri by surprise. “Eh, why not?” she said with a shrug. She carefully undid the clasp connecting the two ends and brought them around her neck. It took a moment to connect the ends again but she managed it after a few tries. The click it made seemed louder than it was supposed to for some reason. “So, how does it look?” She asked.

Rebecca took a coupl of steps back, her eyes looking the girl over and she gave an approving nod. "Yes it looks real good on you" she says blushing just a little. She rolled her head a little and moved her hands to rest on her stomach. She looked Karri over once more and nodded giving the girl a thumbs up "I can definitly say I approve."

Karri smiled back. Something felt different somehow… she couldn’t say what but something definitely felt different. “Thank you. Let’s get back to exploring, shall we?” As she said that Karri heard the whispers again, coming from the passage to the right from where they came in. She headed down the passage at a quick walk, hoping to find the source of the whispers.

Rebecca nodded "of course" she says following behind Karri, of course Rebecca heard no whispers. She followed the girl and there was a brief rumbling as something shifted and a brief cracking sound from below as if something large was breaking. "What in the world was that?" She says looking down to the ground, shaking her head a little, there seemed to be nothing to worry about aat that momeent, the floor was very stable despite that brief disturbance.

"Hey any particular reasn were going this way?"

“I don’t know what that sound was. As for why this way… I think this way leads towards the center of the temple, that’s where all sorts of stuff usually is, right?” Karri replied. While it was true that way was in the direction of the center, Karri didn’t think it wise to mention the whispers she was hearing. She didn’t want Rebecca to think she was crazy or anything.

"Yeah I suppose your right about that" Rebecca says a small laugh escaping her lips and she moved forward quickly to walk alongside Karri. She cast a glance over at the woman and she was sure that for a moment, she'd caught sight of one of the necklace's ruby's glowing. Rebecca shook her head picking up her pace to move through the corridor deeper through the temple. "I guess we'll find out when we get there....or Not whatever comes up first I guess."

Rebecca hadn’t imagine the glow or the ruby. If the girls tried to remove the necklace from Karri’s neck they’d discover the clasps fused together, making them impossible to open. As they walked Karri seemed to stand up straighter, her demeanor became more relaxed. That edge of nervousness that had been there since they snuck into the temple under the others’ noses had vanished.

In time the passage led to what seemed to be a dead end. “Well, that’s unfortunate.” Karri said. She looked over at Rebecca and said, “Since we’re here, why don’t we have some of that fun you mentioned earlier before going back.” As she spoke she undid the top couple of buttons on her uniform.

Rebecca whose eyes occasionaly watched Karri closely, noticed how relaxed she seemed but put it down to the girl feeling more at home in the temple. Assuming the heat had made he anxious as it had to quite so many, she shook her head a smile on her face until they came to the dead end.

Then her eyes widened a little, surprised that Rebecca had been the one to suggest such a thing. Not that she was going to compain "oh that does sound like a good idea." The young woman sighed slipping out of her boots a small, grin on her face as she her eyes watched Rebecca's stripping.

Karri kept her stripping to a teasingly and tantalizing slow pace, her movements made it seem like she was swaying to a tune only she could hear.

Eventually Karri was clad only in her, admittedly plain, bra and panties; and the necklace which she didn’t bother with. Now she waited expectantly for Rebecca.

Rebecca's eyes fixed on the swaying as if she was entranced and only snapped out of it, when it seemed she was done for the time being. The young human blushed nodding her head as she moved out of her clothes, until she like Karri stood in her undrwear. Her lips curved into a gentle smile and a small sigh escaped her lips, bowing her head a little her eyes wandering over Karri's nearly nude body.

Again Karri was the one to initiate things. She stepped up to Rebecca, sashaying slightly, and put her arms around the other woman before kissing her right on the lips.

Although surpised by Karri's intiative, the young woman wasn't going to back down. Rebecca grinned her hands moving to Karri's waist, pulling her closer. Closing her eyes she took a moment to enjoy the kiss. In the distant underground there were a couple more loud snapping sounds.
