"Thanks again for the other night, there were plenty of blankets for me to keep warm, well, warm enough."

She shrugged. "No need to thank me. I couldn't let you die like this, frozen in the snow. Besides, if we do not help each other, who will? It's not like the humans are too keen of us..." She got another stripe of meat, and chewed on it quietly.
