The Meeting(Kirby99 and reliuskaiser)

"...I'm worried.." she says, looking out the window of her house. "He should be back by now. Or at least have sent a signal."

I shift a bit. "...really? Where was he going again?"

[reliuskaiser]

"Out on a hunt, he said. Didn't say much else about it other than it would be easy with his friends with him, though it's taken them quite some time and I hope nothing happened." She explains.

I nod and caress the wall gently. "...I hope the same." I relax. "..."

[reliuskaiser]

"I have to trust that he'll be okay. If I just go out into the woods blindly, I'll have no idea if he returns or not."

[9kirby99]

I nod. "R-right...it must worry you a lot, though.'

[reliuskaiser]

"Very much so...Talking about this is only making it worse.." She says holding her stomach.

I rub the wall gently, nodding. "Well...l-let's talk about something else, then."

[reliuskaiser]

"Sure, anything you'd want to know or talk about?" Marynis asks, thinking of a few subjects already.

[9kirby99]

I nod and rub the wall. "...think I'll fit in here?"

[reliuskaiser]

"That's a certainty. Especially if Ivalice and the others help train you to be a proper hunter. I feel like everyone had their apprehensions about you, but seeing get along so well with Ivalice is nice, so we gave you a chance." She says.

I smile in relief, patting the wall. "Th-that's good...I-it's certainly weird to be the only human among you guys."

[reliuskaiser]

"I think we thought about that as well. Just imagining other humans seeing us with you would probably make an awkward situation." Marynis laughs at the thought of people seeing Miles' current situation.

I chuckle and nod, nuzzling the wall. "Yeah, but...I don't see any other humans coming around here that often, so I guess I won't have to worry about that anytime soon."

[reliuskaiser]

"True. That reminds me, what were you doing up in the mountains?" She asked "notany peoe come up here, and definitely not this far up the mountain."

I chuckle a bit, rubbing the wall. "Honestly? Camping trip. Nothing else. My friend really pushed to camp somewhere not many others had, so we could feel special."

"A sense of accomplishment is never too bad, but wait, where's your friend now if you're here? Did he not come back to your campsite?" She asked.

I chuckle. "Well, he's fat on your daughter. I fed him to her. That's kinda how we met."

[reliuskaiser]

"Oh really now? That sounds like quite the story you'll have for your kids later." She smirked.

[9kirby99]

I giggle. "Oh, you know it. And she certainly gained in her assets from that meal." I blush.
