A Squirrel's meal...? (9kirby99 and Reliuskaiser)

I keep lowering at a good pace.

Tatsuki jumps up to snarf down the predator, savoring all the flavor he could get, moaning as the bear struggles.

I soon let go once there's nothing left to lower.

Tatsuki bites through the rope and lets his meal sag down into his gut before laying down on the ground. "Good job, Miles."

I smile and hurry over, feeling at his belly. I smile. "Thanks...god, you look full."

[reliuskaiser]

Tatsuki let's out a bit of a groan while laying back. "You can say that again."

[9kirby99]

I chuckle. "Think you'll get fat off of this?"

[reliuskaiser]

"No, but do you think that would stop me if I did?" Tatsuki smiled widely as he relaxed with his full gut. "This is gonna take a long time to thin out the pred population..Though it'll definitely help the prey situation. I wonder what else is around here besides bears?"

I giggle and poke his belly. "Who knows! Wolves, Falcons...could be anything!"

"urp, and all soon to be food in my gut." Tatsuki grins as he thinks about all of the predators he's going to eat later.

I smile and snuggle up to his belly lovingly, relaxing.

He yawns, feeling tired but in that wierd position where he doesn't want to go to sleep.

I smile, patting his cheek gently, smiling. "Aww...you look so tired." I hug close, nuzzling his chest. "Let's take a breather for a while..."

"I don't feel like I could go to sleep right now..so I'll just gaze at the sky." He said looking up, past the trees to clouds above.

I nod, looking up with him as I simply cuddle close, purring.

The sky is oddly cloudy, making a ring in the sky with the moon shining perfectly through the center making it look like the sky was staring back at the two.

"Man, the sky's pretty tonight...makes me think of a dream I had once." Tatsuki said.

I nestle in against his warm body, smiling as I tuck my head under his chin. "Yeah? And what was that dream?"

[reliuskaiser]

His gaze drifts downward when he feels Miles under his chin before explaining further. "Well, I was looking down at a woman. A blue fox with eight tails sleeping on what looked like the top of a pillar floating in the middle of a ring of clouds like this one right here. Snow was falling around her, but her radiant figure made the beautifully crafted crystals look like stardust as they fell around her. It was an oddly memorable dream, and the day afterwards we ran into one another." He says.

I slowly blink as I listen. It...almost seemed to be familiar to me as I listened in. I nodded softly. "She sounds...really familiar, actually..." I nuzzled close, trying to remember...

"You think so? That's kinda nice. Maybe you met her some time ago. Either way, it was kinda beautiful and I'm not sure why but I awoke from that dream crying for some reason." He says.
