Miles was resting in the living room with Kierra, snuggling her happily. Over on the couch, Elliot was with Xavier, sitting next to him. Elliot had noticed Xie had been different lately...more tired. He gently put a hand on Xie's face. "Xiekuns, are you okay...?"

Xavier flinched from being brought out from his gaze, looking at Ellie with a tired smile. "I'm fine...just a little off..." He rubbed his forehead as he felt a slight ache pulsing.

Kierra looked up at her brother's mate after kissing Miles' cheek. "Is it from work??"

"I don't know..."

Miles looked over. "Maybe you need a bit of rest..."

Elliot smiled. "Yeah, let's go upstairs. I'll get you some headache medicine." He giggled. "NOT from Marie, of course."

(I figure these three wont be the first killed. You'll see why, but just don't kill them off quite yet."

Xavier shudders a bit. "Good idea. Otherwise I'll grow an extra limb or something."

Elliot nodded. He quickly texted someone. "I'll have Alucard keep you company while I get it, okay?" He scooped him up, carrying him upstairs.

Xavier blushed a bit, pouting. "I can walk, love."

Elliot nuzzled him. "I know, I just want to carry you. Would you prefer to walk on your own?"

Xavier was quiet a bit, dazing off into space before shaking his head. "Well...if you don't mind doing it..."

Elliot giggled. "Thought so." Elliot kept climbing the stairs.

(Okies, so Ellie, Miles and Kierra won't be killed yet?)

Xavier sighs softly, slumps slightly in his mate's arms. He was really tired...

(Nope. I figured Alucard will be the first victim, since he'll be there when Xie..."transforms", we'll say.)

Elliot soon came to their room and put Xie in bed. "I've already texted Alucard, he'll be here soon." He kissed his cheek. "See you later~"

Xavier nods a bit, settling a bit. "Okay...I think I'll...rest...for..." Xavier didn't finish his sentence as he passes out, falling 'asleep'.

Elliot smiled, leaving the room, thanking Alucard as he passed by him.

An hour later, Elliot would be heading back to check on how Xie was doing.

Kierra sees Elliot and spoke. "Hey Ellie, Alu has already showed up, so he's in your room with Xavier."

Elliot smiled and nodded. "I know, I'm just checking in on him." He opened the door and started heading in.

The first thing that Ellie would notice was that the room was pitch black dark, some furnitures were toppled over and broken. There was even shredded curtains and a smashed window.

Elliot's smile quickly faded. Had...something happened in here? Why was it a terrible mess? He reached over and flicked the light switch on.

The moment the lights flooded the room, Ellie would see blood splattered on the floor and walls. And laying on the floor in pools of blood was Alucard, his chest looked like it was cut open and missing an important organ: his heart.

Elliot only took a moment to assess the situation and screamed sharply. He backed up a step with his hands over his mouth in shock. He went over to check Alucard, looking into the hole in his chest before looking to his face. His eyes widened as he realized Xie...may have suffered the same fate. He got up and looked around. "Xie! Xiekuns, where are you?"

At first there was no answer before a voice purred out. "Yes~?"

There was a spinning chair in the room, and it turns to reveal Xavier. He was covered in blood, his hair ruffled wildly and bore a soft smile. The only thing that was different was his eyes, they we're slited cat-like and deep emerald green.
