Qotle gasps as he sees Asha tossed to the wayside by a swift strike. He puts himself between her and the beast, catching it's attention with Black flames erupting from his blade to perform a ranged attack. "Back!" He says, flinging dark fire at the Chimera, not caring for the men she's caught.

The fire splashes over the Chimera, and it and the men let out screams of pain.

"STOP THAT YOU FOOL! HELP US!" Gaston screams out, desperately shielding his face from the flames.

The beast suddenly turns and places the majority of it's body between the men it's pinned and Qotle's fire. Shaking it's body, the fire is dispersed, though there are smoking marks left on the beast... Qotle can tell it's a minor injury.

It quickly turns out that the creature wasn't shielding the men for a benevolent reason: it's many tongues begin pulling Gaston's head into it's mouth. "MMmmmMmmm~"
"HELP! HELP MEEEE!!" Gaston screams become muffled as one of the tongues forces it's way down his throat.

Then one of the other men sprawled around the room lets a scream of fear- another beast has leapt out of one of the side corridors and landed on him, it's claws raking open his chainmail and prizing off his helmet and armor. Some of the men try to stagger to their feet to help, others are starting to run back toward the entrance.

"Brother..." Asha whispers, still struggling to draw breath. "I... I think we're in over our heads here." She presses the head of her mace into the ground to rise up, clutching her side, and gasps in pain. "Oh yeah, that's a rib..."

Qotle watches as the beast extinguished his flames with relative ease. He wasn't listening to Gaston, thouh he did pause when the beast opened her mouth and pulled Gaston towards it. He was about to strike again when he sees another beast come out to claim another of the adventurers. He grits his teeth and his sword ignites once more, only slightly more fierce. "Let them..go!" He slashes at the first beast trying to eat Gaston.

The creature gurgles angrily as Qotle slashes at it, swiping at him with her free paw, but seems unwilling to give up it's catch. It's quickly pulled the other man beneath her and tore off his armor. Gaston writhes and his screams are muffled in her mouth, but she seems merely to be holding him there.

He looks back to now see the beast in front of him holding her tail up as if preparing to strike at him. He gets into a stance and prepares for an attack

The tail lashes forward in a strike that's so fast, Qotle can barely manage to avoid the attack. It tears one of his swords from his hands as he tries to parry, sending it clattering to the ground.

The chimera beast lets out a triumphant gurgle and returns it's focus to swallowing Gaston and it's tail to the man squirming against it's many breasts, sucking on his cock with rippling slurps. Qotle hears Asha speak and looks back at her. It would definitely be a good idea to retreat, but from what he could hear, that wouldn't be too easy to pull off. "Fine, i'm okay with that, but how do you suggest we get past these things?" he asks looking back to see the chimera swallowing Gaston.

"They aren't covering all the exits to this room, just the exit to the outside." Asha pointed to the third exit to the room, the one that the second beast had come from. "Our only chance is to go deeper into this place and hope we don't run into anything worse!"

Gaston's kicking feet are all that can be seen of him, and they are quickly vanishing into the Chimera's tongues. It eyes Qotle with eager hunger...

More of the men come crashing back into the room, the third Chimera on their heels.

As the beast turns to face the newcomers, Asha grabs her brothers free arm and starts pulling him toward the dark doorway.

"Come on! None of us can stay here!"

Qotle looks at Asha and nods, looking back to Gaston and then to the beast. He turns his gaze towards the door as more of Gaston's men show up to get thrown into the room and promptly surrounded. Seeing survivors, Qotle wanted to direct them to come further into the cave but Asha grabbed him and pulled him back. He looks back and sighs, nodding and heading towards the doorway with Asha.

Qotle is dragged weakly away down the darkened hall, away from the men getting raped and devoured. Nobody else makes it down the passage... and this place is very dark and with crumbling bricks in the walls. These crumbling bricks create eerie dark spaces in the walls... there aren't any torches here... just weakly glimmering mage lights set in the ceiling.
But there aren't many of these lights, and the tunnel doesn't seem to have an end...

"Sweet tides, what the hell are those things?" Asha gasped out, clutching her ribs and trying not to lean on her short brother too much. "It hit like rockslide!"

"I can tell, if they knocked you around so easily. My magic didn't work on them a second time either. They hit hard and they're very adaptive to magic... Don't think I'll fight one of those anytime soon." He says while looking at the room they're in. The scent was getting a little weaker so Qotle could actually think more. "So now what should we do to get out of here?" He asks while putting his swords away.

[Darian]

She gives him a weak smile.

"We definitely agree on that, little brother! Hopefully, we'll find another exit or a way around them, if they don't come after us-"

There's a whipping sound and something wraps around Asha's neck.

"ghhhhk!" her words are cut off, and she scrabbles to pull at a tentacle that has wrapped around her neck, and quickly around her arms and shoulders.

Tentacles begin wrapping around Qotle's arm, the one holding her up.

Above them is... an orifice and tentacles, spread out of a crack in the ceiling.

It's pulling Asha Upwards!

Qotle smiled back at her before seeing something wrap around her neck. He looks around and then notices something on the ceiling wrapping Asha up. Having just calmed down from escaping his last ordeal, he was a little slow on the draw, leading to this thing wrapping around one of his arms.

"Ch!" He grabs one of his swords and ignites it, slashing at the tentacles as he tries to figure a way to get Asha free.

[Darian]

The thing screeches and suddenly it's tentacle is not sucking on Qotle's arm, but flinging him away! The rest of the tentacles begin wrapping around Asha more thoroughly. She jams her mace into the orifice above, but that doesn't seem to be doing more than slowing the tentacled creature down slightly. It's lifted her off the ground and is attempting to suck her into it's main orifice!

Then there's a gurgling growl from behind them both. One of the Chimeras is making it's way down the passage, obviously looking for Qotle, his body, and his semen.

Asha's eyes dart at behind her, down towards the mess they left behind... and her eyes grow hard.

"Ghhk-Get going!" She manages to pry the tentacle around her neck away for just a few seconds. "Don't let that thing catch you!"

"Gah!! Oof!" Qotle cries out as he smacks against a wall, dropping his blade. He grunts and gets up, noticing the stench from before and cringing slightly in fear of what was coming. He looks at Asha, seeing her struggling and that brought him back to his senses. He rushes up and grips his blade, igniting it one more time. He didn't have much time, so he flung his burning sword at the creature's body to see if he could make it let go of Asha.

[Darian]

The creature shrieks and lashes out with a tentacle as Qotle's last sword hits it, but the burn mark is only a little worse than the one he had given to the chimera beast. The rest of it's tentacles wrap more thoroughly around Asha's body, causing her to moan and pant... and the phallic tentacle begins wriggling at her shorts. She barely manages to jam her mace into the ceiling as it attempts to swallow her headfirst.

There are claws of the beast coming down the corridor. He has to run now!

But soon all he can hear is a gurgling growl and the padding of the Beasts paws as it follows him, just out of sight. Qotle is soon lost in a twisting maze of dark corridors, some with doors that lead into single rooms, and nowhere to hide. He has to keep running, keep moving, because the beast has his scent.

At last, he manages to find a door that looks like it might actually stop the beast cold! it's heavy and made of solid steel, and it's actually open!

Qotle doesn't turn back, the sound of moaning behind him serving as his reminder that he needs to get out of here. For his and Asha's sake...and those other guys, but he doesn't really care about them.

As he runs, he starts picking up the noises of growls and footpads, he thinks about stopping, but the moment he does, a thought of impending doom goes through his head and presses on, running until he managed to find a door that will let him rest somewhere away from these beasts. He doesn't smell them, beyond there, so he rushes forward, not thinking about where this new door may lead.

He barely manages to get through the door when he hears claws and heavy paws on the bricks just down the corridor. The beast is RIGHT behind him!

Inside the room is what seems like a set of empty cages set into the walls, and the only other thing of note is what seems like a fancy metal coffin, or sarcophagus, standing just to the side of the door. it even has a face on it!



He won't have time to take in any more of the room though, because moments after he ducks into the room, something big and heavy slams into the barely ajar steel door! to both your surprise, it barely opens another six inches, but that's more than enough room for a big blue paw to force its way into the crack. The Door slowly begins sliding open farther, and opening faster at that! If the beast gets any more leverage, it'll slam the door open and be right on Qotle! Tongues slither around the door, leaving no doubt as to the snuffling presence trying to gain entry!
