august 10th friday, 2124. this week surprises man as the largest science expo in the country stops by to present the latest innovations in technology. at the main entrance many stepped in to view some of the most outrageous creations made by the states finest minds. one of them being a familiar blue kitsune, err.... virus taking part in the festivities

[reliuskaiser]

Ivalice would be resting in a chair as she had spent quite a bit of time working on some of things being shown off today.

[gorion]

passing by were a group of scientists transporting a rather suspicious computer. the machine looked like an old monitor from 1994. what exactly could an old outdated machine be used for here?

[reliuskaiser]

Ivalice would sit looking up at the ceiling as she slept, opening her eyes a little when she saw them passing by, but immediately went back to resting up.

[gorion]

a few minutes passing a fire alarm was set off throwing everyone into a frenzy. everyone tried making their way through the main exit but a line of flames made their way to the main entrance

Ivalice would be ripped from her sleep as the fire alarm sounded. She would look around wondering where it came from when she saw everyone begin to panic and flee. She would stand up from her seat and went to see what was the problem.

[gorion]

the flames had spread rather quickly, catching a few people trying to get out. though the flames them selves had a strange and unusual feeling to them

Ivalice would look for ways to have the people escape, looking around various parts of the building in order to find somewhere the flames hadn't spread.

[gorion]

back with the flames, the people that were caught in the fire almost looked as if they were being turned into pixelated masses and getting pulled into the fires.

Ivalice would catch a glimpse of this and then told everyone to get away from the flames

[gorion]

near the center of the abnormal fires a strange black mark could be seen peaking out from the flames rising around everyone

Ivalice would back them all away from the fire as she went to study the mark and the flames herself. "What are you..?" she asked inquisitively

[gorion]

the mark soon began taking shape as a pitch black eye with an ivory dot in the center. it looked up at her curiously as 4 more eyes formed ".... you will be the catalyst"

"So you're capable of cognitive thought? What are you doing here?" She asked.

[gorion]

before anything the strange entity shot out several tendrils that latched onto he as it began assimilating into her skin at a rapid pace

Ivalice would jump a little as she felt the tendrils begin pushing themselves into her. "W-what the-Agh!"
