"No time like summer to just relax." A content Glaceon girl thought to herself, basking in the heat of the sun during her lunch break. Despite being an Ice type, she did like the warm heat very much. She was eating on a bench near the drive through for where she worked, the "Down The Hatch" fast food chain. The job was...less than glamorous, but the pay helped keep her afloat. With half an hour to kill, she started eating a meal she'd made for herself from DTH. She didn't pay for it, but she figured working here should be payment enough.

I happened to be heading into that very drive through, myself. I needed some lunch, quick. I pull up, in line, waiting for an order to be placed. I happen to glance towards the bench and...yowza. I blush and stare at the Glaceon. H-holy cow, she was huge! Her belly even stuck out from under her shirt's uniform...!

The Glaceon was blissfully unaware of her onlooker, eating a handful of fries as an appetizer of sorts to her meal. It might've been for the best she didn't see Miles simply staring at her, as she might've gotten the wrong idea...

I blush deeply and watch a while before I hear honking from the guy behind me. I quickly have a plan. I go to the order box and order what I intended, plus another bag of extra food:the specialty burgers, lots of fries, shakes, the whole lot. I then drive and park once my food is received, and I head over, hiding one bag behind my back. I go over. "Excuse me? May I sit with you?"

The approach startled the Glaceon, who looked a bit embarrassed with a large bag of food beside her. "Uh...sure? Take a seat." She slid her food closer to her side, curious as to who this guy was. "The name's Frizzie. And you are?"

I sat down next to her with a friendly smile. "I'm Miles, it's nice to meet you. I glance down at her bag of food to check how much is left, keeping the other bag I got hidden, only showing the one with my lunch. "I hope I'm not intrusive by sitting with you...I was just getting lunch, and I thought it'd be nice to sit with someone else. Have some company."

The boy looked nice enough...Frizzie decided to let her guard down, giving a warmer smile. "Nice to meet ya, Miles. It's not every day a cute boy wants to sit with you." The lady giggled, trying to tease Miles. She wasn't hitting on him, she was just trying to get a reaction out of him.

Of course, I wasn't sure which she was actually doing, trying to get a reaction or hitting on me. So I simply blushed deeply, a little flustered and excited. "W-well, thank you...you look very nice, as well, very adorable." I was a little scared I would say something wrong. I look at her bag again to see how much food she has left.

Frizzie chuckled again at Miles' response, glad she met him already. She reopened her bag of food, and quickly noticed all she had left was a single fry. She crumpled up the bag and went to eat the fry before her gaze returned to Miles. "You, uh, want it? It's not much, but..."

I internally cursed myself for not making the move sooner. I smile. "Oh, no thanks. I've got my own." As a back-up plan, I raise said food bag with my lunch, having her gaze go to it. I quickly sneak the food-stuffed bag by her side while she's distracted. I remove a burger from my bag and start eating it. "Mmm...this isn't bad food. No wonder you got two bags of it."

Frizzie didn't notice Miles' slick move, and her eyes widened as she saw the other bag of food by her side. "I...uh...guess I got two bags." She didn't question it further, not wanting to confuse Miles if she really had just gotten two bags and forgot. "So, what brings you to a dump like this? And before you say 'the food'."

I smile. It worked! Perfect. I chuckle at her question. "Well, gee, I kinda needed something quick, and I was in the mood for burgers. So it worked out." I take a bite. "Not that I'm in a rush, I was just so hungry." I wink. "What brings you here? I'm assuming the food..."

"Besides the food, I work here." Frizzie straightened the hat on her employee uniform with a hint of shame, turning it so it faced frontward and showed the eatery's logo. "I'm on lunch break. And on summer days like these, I like beam in the sun a bit..." She inhaled, then sighed happily. "It's almost as if I'm on my own private beach. Almost."

I smile a bit. "I could tell you worked here, I saw the uniform." Yeah, I saw more than that...her belly was exposed further as time went on. "I more mean why you work here." I keep eating, keeping her comfortable socially. I wanted to make my move at some point...

"Well, I...made some bad choices." Frizzie looked troubled, before pulling herself out of the emotional sinkhole she'd just made. "L-long story short, this is really the only job I can hold right now." She took a large bite out of a burger, and mere moments after swallowing, the button on her pants' uniform flew off like a bullet, sailing away into some bushes nearby. With her food in one hand, Frizzie quickly pulled up her gut and covered it up with her arms. The potbelly wasn't really that large, but she looked a bit sheepish about it. "Damn it, the one time I ham out during my lunch break..."

I frown, wishing I hadn't re-opened that wound for her. I then watch the button sail off, making me blush deeply. I look back at her. With an intake of breath, I follow it with this: "W-well, I think you look nice with that exposed. You're...really beautiful and sweet, I love big girls." I'm blushing red, hoping I didn't play my hand too early.

Her ears quivered at the confession, turning her gaze back to Miles. "...You...mean it?" She was half overjoyed, and half anxious. She really wanted to accept this boy's offer of affection...but she didn't want to hurt anyone again.

I nod and blush shyly. "I...I do..." I turn away. "I...I'm sorry if I made you uncomfortable...I...I also snuck that bag by your side...so you'd get bigger..." I was scared I'd messed up, but I couldn't stop talking.

If nothing else, Frizzie knew she wasn't going crazy after all over that second bag. "Don't...don't sweat it." She sat up, reaching over and rubbing Miles on the head, oddly enough. "I can tell you're into me, Miles. I've done this song and dance for plenty of years." She sighed, before pulling out her phone. "Let's exchange numbers. Maybe we can do something when I'm not working."

I look up to her, smiling. "R-really...?" I give her a quick hug before I get out my phone and exchange numbers with her a bit. I can't believe it! "When are you off work?"
