Wish Carefully (giantessfanx and Fantasia)

The bottle sat unassumingly in the corner. It was obviously very old, possibly Arabian. A rich purple color studded with rubies of various sizes. Definitely an out of place object for this place, yet it seemed no one paid any attention to it.

Hannah looked oddly at the bottle, wondering what such a pretty item could be doing, just lying around in the open, apparently unnoticed. After a moment's consideration, she approached the ornate bottle and picked it up, turning it over in her hands as she admired the jewels studding its surface. As she took in the sight, she noticed that one of the jewels seemed dull, as though there were dirt smudged on it. So, with a gentle touch, she rubbed at the dim jewel with her shirt sleeve, hoping to make the gem shine like the rest.

Almost as soon as Hannah started rubbing it the bottle began vibrating. A second later the stopper popped out and pink smoke started pouring out of the top. The smoke coiled and coalesced, eventually fading away to reveal a beautiful young woman.

She had long black hair that was tied up in a ponytail held in place by a gold band. Her tanned skin strongly suggested Arabic heritage; and a good deal of skin was showing on her, her top was little more than a bra the same pink color as the smoke. Below an ornamental belt her body changed into more of the pink smoke, rounding outward like hips before flowing into a thin trail that led back to the bottle. There were three other pieces of jewelry on her that were noticeable, dangling gold earrings, a gold necklace, and a pair of gold bracelets on her wrists that seemed to have a faint glow to them.

“Ugh… oh… it feels as though it’s been over a thousand years since I was last out of that bottle.” She moaned as she stretched a few times. She had a bit of an accent, but it was still easy to understand her.

Hannah blinked in surprise, her blue eyes going wide at the sight of the being that had appeared before her. Her brain struggled to process the event that has just occurred - everything about the scenario seemed impossible, yet she could not deny the evidence of her own experiences. Realizing that her mouth was hanging open, the brunette snapped it shut, then smiled hesitantly. "Uh, hi," she said, the uncertain note in her voice obvious. "Are you... a genie?"

“I am.” said the genie, she might have grimaced as she turned to face Hannah, but it was gone so quickly it could’ve been the young woman’s imagination. “I am Zuhra. And you must be my new master.” The genie said bowing low to Hannah.

"I'm Hannah," the girl responded automatically, before Zuhra's proclamation fully clicked with her. Caught off-guard, Hanna tried to process what this meant for her. Although finding a genie made you its master in all of the fairy tales she'd heard throughout her life, It hadn't actually occurred to her that the same might be true here and now. A thrill of excitement passed through her at the thought; what sort of future could she create for herself with the magic of a genie at her disposal? "Wow," she breathed, briefly at a loss for more meaningful words. Then her senses came to her more strongly, and she eyed Zuhra curiously. "So, uh... I'm your master? What does that mean, exactly?"

“As my master, you are entitled to three wishes. Wishes dealing with death and love are expressly forbidden.” Zuhra said. The words came out almost automatically, as though she had said more times than she cared to remember.

Hannah paused to consider this information, silently mulling over what her possibilities were. She'd never wish death on anyone else, of course, although it would have been nice to be able to wish for love. She considered what Zuhra hadn't said alongside what she actually did say. Hannah didn't seem to notice anything of Zuhra's demeanor, too distracted by thoughts of her own benefit to even consider the genie's feelings at the moment. "So, is there anything else I can't wish for? Like... am I allowed to wish for more wishes?"

“Wishing for more wishes is also forbidden. Three is all you get.” Zuhra said. She wanted to say something else, something quite scathing, but words refused to leave her mouth.

She wasn't surprised by the stipulation, but it was disappointing, all the same. Still, Hannah was sure she could manage something wonderful given just the three. She pursed her lips, mulling over what the best approach was. After a few moments, however, something came to her that seemed a very good choice. "I wish to be incredibly desirable, to both men and women," she stated firmly.

Zuhra raised an eyebrow at the ‘both men and women’ part. But her voice was just as dulled as it was when she stated the wish stipulations as she said “As you wish.” She waved her arms and gestured with her hands. Pink sparkles gathered around her hands before flying towards and then swirling around Hannah.

A floaty, tingling feeling swept through Hannah's body as the swirling sparkles rolled around her. It was a strange, electric feeling, unlike anything she'd felt before. She tried to watch the magic swirling around her, but the quickly spiraling sparkles dizzied her, so the young woman squeezed her eyes shut. After a few moments, the sensation overtaking her subsided, and she asked in a cautious voice, "Did... did it work?"

“Of course it did.” Zuhra said huffily, “I am a genie you know. See for yourself that it worked.” She conjured up a mirror so Hannah could see herself.
