A new day began to rise and set on a massive, almost tropical like island continent that had a vast expanse of mountains and jungle. The morning mist settled, formed, and burnt away as light began to shine on ren the darkest areas of the landscape. But at the shores of this island were several massive settlement cities, many of which were homes to slaver guilds and bands that actively took the islands natives as hostages and to be sold as slaves to whichever buyer. Walking through this market was a young man who looked around 19 or so maybe, but was tall and broad. His young face had a single scar that didnt look to deep, but appeared to begin at the end of his left cheek all the way to his ear almost. His black hair was pulled back and smoothed whilst the sides of his head were shaved down.

As he approached the markets with his hands in his pockets, he looked about for the goods of the day. There were plenty of object goods and other things, but no slaves at all from the looks. But there was one neko girl native in a single cage that looked too small for her body, and looked fairly uncomfortable. The young man tilted his head at her slightly until stepping over to get a closer look at her

on appearance. the neko appeared to be around 5 feet purely. she is a small girl but, she has a figure that would make any girl jealous. she had long black hair that went to the center of her back and is in a messy fasion. she also has silver ears and a silver tail. the most defining feature about the neko is that she has one purple and one red eye. She looks at the young man approaching her cage as she backs toward the far side of the cage as she turns into a cat but gets shocked from her collar and turns back to normal as the chains around her rattle.

The young man watched her shy away and become shocked lightly for trying to turn to her cat form to inch away futher. Though she wouldve been extremely expensive for anyone, something must have prepared him to have her as a kind of impulse buy. He stepped away from the cage and spoke with one of the brawney slave masters whom wore several bits of armor and several iron chains around his belt. What they were saying was too indesipherable from their distance, but after awhile the master nodded and turned to face the neko and got out an iorn collar and chains and opened the entrence to her cell, "get out of there." He ordered her in a demanding tone

The neko girl whimpered and tried to nudge back further into the cage as she gets shocked and slowly crawls out of the cage as she looks around like a scared cat not knowing what was going on. a big thought was if she should try to run or not. as she sees the chains in the slavers hands. as she tries to bolt to the woods behind them in pure terror but the guard dogs start barking at her as she stands there hissing at them.

"Hey!" The guard yelled as she ran off and went after her in pursuit with several others. As she was finally stopped at a massive tree one of the more burley guards stepped up to her behind her back and firmly grasped her by her neck and threw her to the ground. He as huffed and puffed with rage he began to take out a beating baton and raised it high, "ten beatings should remind you to be obediant!" He roared at her until finally making ready to bring the baton down on her.

"Steady that club!" A voice from nearby shouted, making the gaurd miraculously stop his hand and club before making contact with her head. The same young man from before aproaches and placed his hands on his hip, "I would appreciate it if my merchandise didnt have fresh bruises warden..." he continued. The slave master growled and set the beating baton away but grabbed the neko girl by her arm roughly to pull her to her feet and got out an iron collar and forcibly placed it around her neck, making sure it was almost as tight to the point where she could barely take full gulps if air. "Shes all yours young master..." the man said as he placed a chain link leash upon the collar and offered it to the young man who took it and began to walk away with her, "pleasure doing buisness gents..." he almost said in a sarcastic way as they began to step through the rest of the market.

The girl gasps for air but settles down when they walk away she is trailing slowly behind the young man wheezing from lack of air because of the collar and previous beatings as she silent walks behind the man waiting to see what he asks her to do terrified and interested in what her new master will have her do. there were obvious cuts and bruises on the outside but also internal injuries she had which is bruised lungs and ribs. as they walked though, her stomach let out a big growl as she hasn't eaten in 3 days.

Eventually they approached the docking area were several bots were set and docked with civilian and fishery classes mixed in. The young man stopped a fairly large yacht where there was a little less people
and guided her onboard carefully. "I guess that couldve turned out alot worse..." he said as he guided her to sit down in one of the seats and began to loosen the bolt around her collar so she could breathe better.

Luciee was able to breath better but was still wheezing because of her internal injury as she coughs up blood. and looks at her master and manages to say "w-w-w-why?" In question asking why he bought her.

He ahrugged sinply and stepped into the cabin and stepped back to her to wipe away the blood from her mouth and offered her a nice and appeasing looking apple.

the neko looks at the young man and takes the apple and holds it. "i-i-if you want me. t-t-to peel it for you master i n-n-need a peeler." She says as she obviously is terrified as her hands shake lightly as her ears twitch as it starts raining. as she shivers from the rain holding the apple.

He laughed a little as he lightly picked her up to her feet by her arm and guided her inside and placed a heavy blanket quilt over her after setting her down on one of the couches. "Its not for me, its for you." He said as he stepped over to an engine compartment and turned the engines of the yacht on.

The girl looked at the apple and panicked a bit thinking it was a test as she looks at the apple while her stomach growled confused on whether to bite it or not. she was a slave since she was a kid. she doesn't understand what is truth and what is not because of all the trickery she dealt with.

The young man looked to her as he was able to drive the bot out of the harbor and into the small channel between theisland and a nearby continent in which his real home was on. He grinned at her suspicsion and grabbed a table knife from a nearby cooking counter and took the apple, "theres nothing wrong with it..." he said assuringly as he cut the apple up into slices and offered them to her, "see?"

the neko girl took the apple slice and lifted it toward her mouth and takes a bite from the slice and chews and swallows the bite. as she puts the slice down. used to being tricked after she did what they wanted her to do as she instinctively covered her face.

"Whats wrong?" He asked, "its just an apple."

the neko looked at the man completely confused."y-your not g-gonna hit me for e-eating?" She asks as her vision gets all blurry and she starts to doze off holding the apple slice.

"Mmm... i dont see a reason to do that at all." He said as he stood up to adjust a few things on the boat control

The neko girl was asleep holding the apple slice for the rest of the boat ride.

After sometime when the finally arrived to a private dock outside of a fairly large house area, the young man turned to her and gently lifted her up and began to walk with her in his arms into the house. The sun here was warmer than before, but as he entered the cool house he set her back down onto a nearby couch in the living room

the girl slowly starts to wake up in her rags as she sits up and looks around confused. she never was inside a house so her surroundings were new to her and she was curious
