amber used a mass cure critical wounds on everyone, dealing around 80 hp of damage to the hounds and restoring around 80 to the group. the two hounds engaged with maia were destroyed having hit points reduced to zero.

the last of the 8 hounds is destroyed.

if the group looted the various bodies the hounds had been composed off, theywould get around 15,000 gp of art objects per hound. they also got 500 exp per hound for the encounter.

Zephyr and Shanda collect the art objects and distribute them evenly - as Bibli lowered to collect her part of the bounty, Zephyr holds her, rubbing her cutely. Bibli sighs and plays along, knowing it will last only a few minutes, after which their size difference will be back to normal.

Bibli leans into Zephyr's hold for the rest of the time as they move on, walking on her own once they're back to normal size. "Most practice with transmutation involved spending time transformed.", she comments, with Azura taking the quiet walk to try and ready a different set of manuevers.

it got to dusk now. they had around 2 more days of travel to get to the abandoned castle.
