Alreina and Joey (Sithlordnergal & Trymeike)

the rock went through harmlessly into the space beyond the portal.

Confused, Alreina slowly slipped into the portal, unsure what she'd find.

going through.... she found herself in a temple high in the sky over a world not felarya.

The naga looked around, confused. She'd try to look off the edge of the temple to try and determine where she was.

she was several miles above ground.. and no details could tell her where she was, except not felarya.

Frowning slightly, the naga began slithering into the temple. She'd be on the look out for any kinds of traps.

there were zero traps of any kind.

Relaxing a bit, Alreina would continue to explore. Her nerves had been replaced with curiosity by now.

the temple had a simple chamber with a hallway to a deeper one.

The naga slithers down the hallway, still unsure where she was headed or why she was here. "Hello? Is there anyone here?"

she entered the inner chamber.... where she found a fair folk woman with silver dragon wings sitting in front of the pedestal that the weapon Ramona had been wrapped around. "so your finally here." jeri said not turning around to face alreina.

Alreina frowns and looks around. "Yes...I am...Where is here? And were you the one that brought me here?"

"well it wasn't me so much as my "daughter." Ramona who brought you here. I am jeri, the fair folk smith who made the 20 weapons of descriptor, of which larisa uses zion, madlin uses mortdread, Tessa uses glenwan and kiley uses mirror.... however, astrid used to wield Ramona..... and now that she cannot, Ramona needs a new wielder. your in the flying temple of Ramona on the world of daen."

"Wait...Ramona? That's the reason Astrid was attacked and murdered in the first place? Why would I want to use Ramona...it would paint a target on my back. Plus...why would Ramona even want to choose me? She's a weapon of good, yeah?"

"astrid died because she refused to learn how to use Ramona... your chosen because your the goodest person around. and I get the feeling you would learn how to fight and not just let yourself be killed, which is why madlin went after her.

Alreina sighs. "Madlin killed Astrid because she was peaceful...well, you're right. I would learn how to use Ramona...but I really think she has the wrong person. I'm not good, not even close. I've barely made up for the mistakes I made when I hunted and ate tinies when I was young." She shakes her head and coils up tightly. "I'm not deserving of Ramona."

"you are good." Ramona said, appearing In her materialized form. "your literally the purest good to ever have come out of felarya. and that is why you need to use me... to help others achieve that kind of goodness, even in that blighted world."

"How can I be good though when I've made so many mistakes?" She hugs her tail. "I know I had Joey use that spell on me...the one that helped clear me from that sin...but still...I know that I'm not good. I'm a predator after all. We predators are always evil...Joey says it, people outside of Felarya say it, hell even my dad believed that and worked hard to get rid of my predatory nature. But...I ate people recently...well, swallowed them. Sure, they weren't hurt, but I still have that predatory instinct."

"theres a difference in the act. you don't harm people with it. you don't end lives. you don't murder a sentient being for pleasure. and you never have." Ramona said. "regardless of what others have told you, and in fact due to the fact you did get the innate sin removed.... you are capable of doing more good then almost anyone else. just being able to get more people to adopt your livestyle and get themselves to remove that sin is worthy of tremendous praise... I have faith in you. as does joey. even jeri, and mom is not one for felarya at all, like most fair folk."

"I...I doubt people would want to adopt my life style...but...if you have faith in me...I guess I can wield you." Alreina cautiously picks Ramona up. "I...really don't think I'm worthy of everything you've told me...and I'm not sure if you're right about me. But...I will try to live up to what you think I can do."
