"Outside of a stomach ache, I'm doing well." Jacob said as the belly a few times his size gurgled loudly.

Dr. Stacey looks at his belly and saw movement."Wait...is there someone still alive inside there?"she presses on his belly making it groans

"I think so." Jacob says. "It feels like two people are still in there."

Dr. Stacey feels the two moving."Do you think you ate to much and thats why you have a stomach ache?"

"Yeah. I think I did." Jacob says.

Stacey looks at him."So what do you want to do?"

"Hmmm. Maybe we can see who's still in there." Jacob says.

Stacey nodes her head taking out an iPad linked to the camera inside his stomach seeing a thick liquid soup of the girls that were digested until Luna and Jessica came into view

(Can you have him burp up something or fart?)

"Ah. So they're still in there." Jacob says as he burps, causing something to come up.

He would feel it scratchy as it was a golf ball size hair ball. Seems like his stomach could not process all that hair."I think you should portion your meals "

"That would certainly be a good idea." Jacob says. "I'll stick to two or three at a time."

Stacey examines his belly more."Just a question why are those two still alive?"

"I'm wondering the same thing." Jacob says. "Oh. This mutation of mine. Any idea where it came from?"

Stacey pulls up some of her notes."Well...either your family is born with this type of gene or either just a random extra cell making you have this ability."she tells him

"A random extra cell?" Jacob asks.

Stacey nodes her head."You know people who have down syndrome or some mental disability have an extra cell and from you blood work you do have an extra cell."she tells him as the cell made him into a predator

"Interesting. Are there any others with this cell?" Jacob asks.

Stacey scratches her head and thinks."Maybe, but the chances for this to happen is very rare."

"It sounds like it. Well, I guess that leaves more prey for me." Jacob says.
