Max was the oldest sibling and guardian of his two sister Blare and Clare, a few years ago their parents got into an accident and die.Since then Max toke up role as the both the parent and provider of the family. Things were going good expect one day his sisters got very sick, the doctors said there was no known cure for their rare disease until one day a well known doctor, who is the leading specialist in diseases and illness found a way to completely cure them. But her current work was not approved yet so they had to keep it on the down low and start seeing each other about treatment. Max talked to the doctor with his sisters what seem like hours when they finally agreed to do the operation as soon as possible, just need to check on the patients and surrogate mother

Mean while Blare and Clare head over to Avery."Hello....are you gonna be our new mommy?"Blare giggles as she and her sister were confused on how is Avery gonna be their new mommy.

"The doctor said to bond with you so it helps us connect for the operation."Clare said out loud as she sit right next to Avery

Avery tried to simplify things for the girls, not wanting to confuse them and possibly add more stress to the already stressful situation. Max nodes his head he had no choice but go with what the doctor told him."So when can we have the operation?"he asks as he was worried it might be to late for his sisters to do it if they get anymore sick. The nurse comes back with the test results from both the twins and Avery as they looked like they had a high chance that the operation will work.

Blare and Clare both nodes their head."Yeah, just like ice cream cake. It looks like cake but has ice cream inside of it so you can eat both."Blare giggles as she explains their situation best of her knowledge.

"Don't worry about Max....Um...mommy."Clare struggled to say as the only parental figure in her life was her older brother."He just very protect over us since its just us now. He did say we can be a handful sometimes."she jokes

"Well, all things considered, we could start now. It's your call when we start the operation." The doctor told Max, giving him a confident smiles as they were brought the results. "See? Nothing to worry about."

Blare's analogy gets a soft laugh out of Avery. "Yes, it's something like that. I don't mind being compared to ice cream cake." He giggled, playfully ruffling Blare's hair.

"I understand, your brother's looking out for you, and I can respect that. I just hope this whole thing doesn't weird him out." Avery explained. Notably, he blushed a bit as he was called 'mommy'...these girls were just the most adorable things!

Max looks over the results."I guess we can start the operation now then since you think it good."he looks over at his sisters one last time enjoying their bright smiles as he probably would not see it anymore after this.

The nurse looks at the doctor."Um...Doctor how about you help get Avery prepared and I and help Max and his sisters out?"she suggested as she wanted to give them family a few more minutes together.

Blare and Clare both sat on each side of Avery and lean their head on his body enjoying his touch and the warmth that came off his body."I guess we have to go now...mommy."the two of them both said as the nurse calls for them."We'll see you soon."they told him as they both gave him a big hug before following the nurse

Once the family was escorted, the doctor approached Avery. She closed the curtains around his bed, and spread his legs wide open.
