[Heydanmon & GeneticMess] New Squid on the Block

"Alarming" was right, as Avery watches Marcie fly off. If he was going into a turf war, he'd have to cope with being flung into the air, it seemed. Watching other inklings sink in and fly off before him, he eventually gets the courage and hesitantly dips into the ink... before he's sent flying faster than it took for him to even get in. All he can do is close his eyes as he's taken to immense heights, and brace for impact.

Marcie lands first in the well of ink, and quickly reforms. Two of her team mates have already landed, one brandishing a paintbrush, the other a gating gun. "I guess we got paired up," Marcie said as a fourth squid landed into the ink. They rose up, and the sight of a roller quickly made Marcie grin.

"This is gonna get interesting."

She turned her head, and scanned the area. They were at Hammerhead Bridge, turf with a lot of high and low points. Good for a charger, definitely, but Marcie came prepared.

Emerging from the well, Avery takes a moment to gather his bearings, holding his Charger tightly. By the looks of this place, he needed to get to high ground, and fast.

Once the match started, the inkling with a brush started painting the turf, giving Avery ample space to dive and scope out the area in relative safety. He needed to find somewhere where he could perch to shoot opposing inklings, while also keeping his hide safe. Avery weighed his options as he hid in the ink...

As far as Avery could see, there was no sign of Marcie. She must be hiding in the ink somewhere, the two teams just starting to clash. The purple team seems to have the early advantage, taking the high ground as the roller squid drops down to guard the bottom. It seems Avery would have a choice; help his team on top, or defend the bottom?

The sight of the roller got him swimming for the heals, now desperately looking for- there, that would do! Some of his team's ink coated a wall leading to a higher platform. He swam up and quickly tried to adjust, taking aim at the roller. Aim ahead, that's what Marcie said, right? Avery kept watch of the inkling's movements as he charged the charger, letting go of the trigger once he was convinced he had the perfect shot.

The roller had seen the sights of the charger, and was trying to strafe the best he could to avoid the shot. Unfortunately, there wasn't enough room to move around down under, and he took the blast of ink to the face, popping in an explosion of aquamarine ink.

With that, the bottom path seemed to be clear. His team seemed to be able to handle the battle up above, outnumbering the opposing team three to two.

Wait... where was Marcie?

A wave of relief went over Avery at his first successful splat. He wiped some sweat off of his forehead and cautiously watched from a distance as the fight went on. They now had the lead, and the opposing team was still close enough for him to snipe safely.

He figured Marcie was somewhere else, involved in the fray. Cautiously looking around, Avery started to aim his shot...

Marcie suddenly burst up from the ink, having snuck around to Avery's side of the map! She didn't seem to have noticed him, though, as she was making her way behind his team. She was covering the back with purple ink, closing in the unaware group of inklings.

He was quick to notice her intentions, and on the fly, had to readjust and aim at her instead. Avery started to get a little nervous with the current stakes, and fired a bit off target. The Charger's blast would land right behind her feet, and Avery would panic and try to get in another shot. He was hoping his team had at least heard his shot, or at least could react fast enough to Marcie's incoming attack...

His teammates had not heard the shot, but Marcie definitely had. She sunk back into the ink, now swimming towards Avery. As she reached the edge of her territory. She began to repeatedly hop out of the ink, shoot a small patch of her own, and sink back under. This tactic of bunnyhopping helped her cut through to Avery faster, while still being able to maneuver around his shots.

Uh oh, that attracted the attention of the only person he didn't want to notice him... and she was making a b-line for him! He tried firing at her in a panic, missing... but he got a different idea. Going by the seat of his pants, Avery tried to time his shots at the areas where Marcie was jumping into. With the right timing, he should be able to catch her off guard, but she was approaching fast... faster than he'd hoped.

The gap in both skill and experience was defiantly huge. Try as Avery might, Marcie managed to duck and weave through his blasts, getting closer and closer to her target. Marcie was only a few meters away at this point, scaling up to where Avery was.

[GeneticMess]

Miss, miss, miss... miss.

Avery didn't have enough space left between them to miss anymore shots.

In an act of desperation, he ran off the point he was standing on, and dove for the nearest pool of his team's ink. He had to bail fast, try and get the attention of the rest of his team...

Marcie grinned; he had finally tried to turn and run. She rose up from the ink, drawing her weapon... well, weapons. Instead of a Slosher, Marcie was brandishing two small pistols, which she spun around her hands like revolvers. As Avery dove for safety, Marcie suddenly rolled forward, a quick burst of speed sealing the gap between the two. She popped off two shots, coating the ground Avery was landing towards in purple ink. However, as she tried to regain her balance, Marcie stumbled, falling forwards atop Avery.

The ground below Avery turned purple, and he landed with an audible splat. He was covered with the stuff, and he could barely move, but that didn't come to light immediately as Marcie suddenly fell atop him. The impact knocked the wind out of him, but now he was scrambling to get out from under her. It was all but impossible with the purple ink slowing him down.

"T-truce! Uncle!" He yelped, still squirming like a worm on a hook.

Marcie seemed almost out of it. She was wide eyed, and seemed like she looking through Avery. Her body buckled, their faces closer than before. She could feel Avery's laboured breathing against her face, his struggles to break free in this hopeless situation... something seemed to change in Marcie, and she giggled softly.

"Keep squirming..."

His eyes shot around nervously. Nobody else was around this area, and he didn't like the way Marcie was looking at him. Their intimacy had him blushing again, and he... oh no, not now! Avery could feel himself getting a hard-on as he was stuck beneath Marcie's grasp.

"... I-is this part of the match, o-or... ?" Avery kept squirming, his weapon clutched tightly in one hand, but he was unable to fire in this position.

She continued to stare at him, slowly dragging her tongue across her upper lip. Marcie began to lean in closer, but stopped when she began to felt something pressing against her... ah.

Marcie laughed again , pinning Avery even tighter against herself. "Do you... like this sensation...?" She brought a hand up, rubbing the side of his cheek.

"Um, I... y-yes?" Avery was aroused and confused at the same time, and his hard-on got harder as he was pinned tighter against her. The way she rubbed him, he... He decided to let things escalate, as he'd never been touched by a girl this way... he didn't want it to stop, to be honest.

He hesitantly reached around and put his fingers on the buttons of her jeans, ready to take them off. Avery looked back up at her with a look asking if this was what she wanted.

Avery had shot for the stars, and crashed into the sun. Marcie's shades fell away to reveal dark, red eyes in place of the normally purple hue. Her glare was almost predatory as she looked down at him. As Avery fumbled around the hem of her jeans, he would start to feel a gooey sensation as Marcie's body slowly began to turn to ink. "I always wondered," she started, holding on to Avery in a slimy embrace, "What would happen if someone else went down with me..."

She smiled as her face and the rest of her body sunk down into the ink patch, taking Avery with her.
