Jessy and his sisters Blare and Clare have been living well with their parents until the other month they went on a business trip, and died in a motor accident. Jessy lost his sisters to the foster care system as he was to young to raise them by himself and did not have enough to provide for them. But that did not stop him to save the remaining family he has left and took up a job at the local hospital as a nurse and worked on getting his own apartment with a friend to help him pay the other half of the rent. Things were looking good as things on his check list to be able to adopt his sisters was slowly completed. He would try his luck and head to the agency to apply to adopt his sisters and finally bring them home

Jess smiled softly walkign upto the adopton agency smothign out a few wrinkles in his jacket headdign inside towards the office takeing delebrate slow calming breaths hopeign things would look up finally as his left hand fiddled with a few long blond strands of hair hangign from his ponytail..

Blare and Clare were both fifteen years old still to young to make decisions on their own. They both wore similar clothing just different colors, as today they wore matching shirts and kitty t-shirts."Jess you came."they both ran up to him and he him a hug."Miss Grace is getting the paperwork done."

Jess smiled kneiling down huggig back. "I told you I would." He said softly "Well I hope things go well. Are you two ok?"

Blare and Clare nodes their heads with a big smile.,"Yes, we have been Jess, especially since this lady came around with her daughter."Clare says as she let's go

"She seem interested in us as we got along well with her daughter."Blare adds in

"OH?" Jess asked tiltign his head leanign back. "Well.." He said thinking. "I have been savein and workign but hopefully you can come back with me." He smiled..

Blare looks at Jess worried that something was gonna happen."Jess do you think we are gonna be separated again?"

Clare pouts."They can't do this to us."

Jess shook his head. "I will try everything I can to fix it.. just give me a litle time ok?" He asked pattign their shoulders.

Soon an old looking lady in a pink top comes out of her office and looks around."Jess... come here for a second."she said as she gestures for him to come over to here."I have something to tell you."

Jess stood streatching as he noded. "Wait here .." He smiled to his sisters as he walked to the woman. "Yes?" He asked silign softly..

Miss Grace smile at him as she brings him into her office."I may have some bad news Jess."she says as she pulls out the adoption papers."A lady has been coming around lately and put the paperwork to adopt your sisters."

Jess frowned. "Well I have things squaierd away.. as they are family don't I take proirty if I can manage?"

Miss Grace lets out a sigh."Well your application was gonna be approved but since she turned in her paperwork the other day, sort of contested yours."she said as she hands him her paperwork."So the lady is Tracey Dreyers a mother of one, who is a single parent and has a job."

Jws sighed shakeing his head "I hav a job to.. and have a good saveingds allready.. that counts for nothing?"

Miss Grace let's out another sigh."I'm sorry Jess it's standard policy to consider all the girls opinions. If it was my call I would have gave your custody."she said as hands him another paper."But the good news is that you can take the girls out and have them stay over at your place."

Jess sighed shakeing his head. "Right.." He grumbled lookign at the papers. "Well just great.. " He said slumpign back in the seat..

Miss grace looks at Jess."Well....Jess you can talk to the lady to try to cancel their adoption?"she tells him as that was the only way her would be able to get his sisters back quick."The lady who is adopting your sisters is here too."

Jess nodded. "Well then I guess that is the only way then.." he said softly. "Where can I find her if I may?"

Miss Grace points to the viewing room."She is in there waiting with her daughter."she says

Jess smiled. "Thank you." HE said gettign up headding to the room. "Um excuse me miss?"
