Chris heads back to her room with a chuckle. "I know it isn't very busy now, but once we have an emergency, you'll get to see what I can do."

"Hmmm..." She pokes her belly. "Um, hey Joey, lila, where did you two say you were from again?"

"I said I was from the USA." I replied.

"Yeaaaah, somehow I don't fully believe you. Catboys like you don't exist, yet here you are."

"yes I was lying. how was that not obvious when it was revealed I was not human." the sarcasm was deeply biting.

"It was very obvious, I won't lie. But then again, I've seen some crazy stuff around the world. So I always need to have an open mind."

"yeah well, I am not telling you the truth because it's not allowed. just... not from here."

"Oh? Why isn't it allowed?"

"revealing the whole multiple worlds things attracts attention and if going to a world not already aware of it, you supposed to go incognito."

"Fair enough, but I won't say anything. I promise."

"you ever heard those sci fi stables, about the whole not interfering with natives policies, but if one goes visit go incognito? yeah it's like that."
