Blessings of the Forest (giantessfanx and Zephyr42)

She gasped shakily as Bart probed her nethers. She held back another scream as best she could as another contraction hit, clutching whatever was nearby.

Bart withdrew his hand. "Almost there!" he said. Then he got back up behind his wife, one hand in hers, the other rubbing over her contracting womb. "Just another contraction and you'll be ready to push. You ready for this?"

“There aren’t really any options if I’m not.” Sagelia said, breathing heavily. She steeled herself as best she could, the next contraction went much like the ones before and she started pushing.

"...well, yeah." Bart held his wife as she started to push. "You're doing well," he said. "Keep going." He kissed her on the cheek. Every so often, he checked down below, to see if their baby was coming.

The whole ordeal blended into a haze of pain, exertion, and exhaustion for Sagelia. She’d lost all track of time before Bart ducked down to catch their child.

He came back into view with a little naga girl. What little hair there was on her head was too thin and whispy to tell what color it was, but it was easy to see her tail was colored like Bart’s with patterns like Sagelia’s.

Sagelia barely had time to smile weakly at their new daughter before another contraction hit. Apperently they were having twins!

Bart showed his daughter off, his smile stretching from ear to ear. When he saw his wife's belly seize up, though, he moved quickly. He slithered to his wife's side, placing his daughter on Sagelia's chest to bond. Then he took his wife's hand and moved back down below, ready to catch his next child.

It was another grueling time for Sagelia. She held back the screams this time so as not to upset her daughter she held in her arms. Soon enough their second child emerged, another girl. She had the same pattern on her tail, but the colors were swapped; she had dark colors where her sister had bright and vice versa.

Sagelia’s face was haggard, her human half was covered in sweat, but she managed a smile as Bart lay beside her. “They’re beautiful.” She croaked.

Bart caught his daughter as she came out, cuddling her close. "They are," he said. "Wonderful, too." He then pressed at Sagelia's belly to make certain there were no more children waiting to be released. Once that was done, he settled down next to Sagelia, one arm holding a baby, the other under Sagelia's arms. "So, what will we name them?" He needed a moment to think up a name.

It took a moment or two for Sagelia to reply, her mind felt as exhausted as her body. “How about… Liara and Azelle?” She suggested, nodding first to the child she held then the one Bart held.

Bart nodded. "I like it," he said. Then he squeezed her. "I can't wait to watch them grow up."

Sagelia was about to reply when a small movement caught her eye. Half hiding at the archway from their living space to their bedroom was a young human woman, most likely having come to investigate the screaming and crying that had died down a few moments earlier. “Oh, look love. We have a guest.” She said to Bart, nodding in the direction of the human. “Come in little one, don’t be shy.” She added to the human, gesturing with the hand that wasn’t holding little Liara.

Bart was just about to settle in when he noticed Sagelia noticing something. "Hmm?" He then noticed the human. It felt a little odd seeing her. Still, he didn't say anything, letting Sagelia lead as he just smiled and tried to seem inviting.

For a moment the human stood there, frozen in indecision. Obviously torn between fearful compliance with Sagelia’s request and fleeing. But eventually she seemed to gather enough courage to leave her hiding place and cautiously approach the lounging nagas.

“There we go.” Sagelia said encouragingly. “Bart? Would you like to help our guest get a closer look at our little ones?”

Bart, still operating in 'what are we doing' mode, lowered Azelle closer to the ground. He still didn't say anything. He didn't know whether this was his wife being a host or luring in an after-labor snack, but he didn't want to ruin it either way. So he just followed Sagelia's lead.

Sagelia lowered Liara as well, letting the human get a good look at the twin nagalings. The twins seemed intrigued by the human as well, gazing intently at her.

Sagelia pulled Liara back as the little naga tried to reach out. “Now, now Liara. You’re too little for that.” Sageila giggled. “Would you two like to see what we do with humans though?” she asked. It was rhetorical of course; the twins were far too young to even understand the words. But it was also a hint to Bart what she wanted him to do.

The young woman had no trouble catching on. She turned and ran for the exit as fast as her legs would carry her, but she was still easily within reach of the giant nagas.
