My wife smiled. “Okay. Did I make enough money? I feel like a blimp.” She said, rubbing her bloated midsection.

Hitomi laid back in the seat. “Great. I’ll be able to sleep tomorrow, then.” She said, wondering how much you expected her to work. She patted her sloshing belly, feeling her pregnant womb shift a little.

She relaxed as you drove home.

"Because I'm sure you're going to need it." I said as we arrived.

When you got home, my wife got out of the car, rubbing her belly as she stood in front of the office. “Master, I think you should tie me up tonight.” She said

"Hmmm. The idea is tempting." I said.

She waddled over to your sofa and sat down. “Go ahead and try it.” She said as she held her huge pregnant belly.

"I think I will." I said. "I just need something to do it with."

She handed you some rope. “Here. Try this.” She said

"This should do quite nicely." I said as I started wrapping some of the rope around her.

Hitomi moaned as you began to wrap her up, her huge belly straining under the straps.

I wrapped her up in the rope as much as I could, mostly avoiding the belly.

Finally, she was all tied up, the ropes binding her. “Do you like it?” She asked you.

"Yes. I think I do." I said as I looked her over.

She smiled, glad that you liked it, and then fell asleep tied up. Her huge almost quads looking belly swelled out in front of her, almost begging to be rubbed.

I reached out to rub her belly. "This is certainly something."

As you rubbed it, you could feel how pregnant she was.
